The hotel is great - clean and staff sre friendly and professional. A little inconvenient is that the room is not so noise isolated. We can hear when people talk along the corridors as well as traffice noises.

Kamar: bersih, rapi dan tidak bau apek/rokok. Cuma yang minus cuma satu yaitu kamar mandinya terlalu kecil.
Breakfast: cukup komplit untuk bintang 4, tapi variant makanannya kurang banyak.
Parkiran: ini yang saya kritisi, yaitu parkiran mobil tidak luas dibanding hotel sekelasnya. Seharusnya sebelum hotel ini resmi dan jadi, tambahin ba*****t minimal 2. Agar kalo ada wedding atau acara, parkir mobil tidak tumpah ke jalan yang bisa menyebabkan kemacetan.
Front office: kalo bisa front office pegawainya ditambah jadi ga cuma satu orang yang shiftnya dari siang sampai malem, kasihan anak orang.
