I always choose this hotel for it's proximity to the mall but this time I did not enjoy my stay. I was moved rooms 3 times in the 8 nights I stayed there . First problem was WiFi my room didn't have WiFi and had to go to the lobby to access wifi. I was then moved to another room and that room WiFi was okay but it was so cold and the heating was not worked. I was moved to another room and heating there but no wifi it was after 3 moves that I finally got a room that had both heating and WiFi working well. Despite all these problems the staff remain friendly and very supportive. I want to give a shout out to th older lady who works in the hotel restaurant.

Very cozy hotel right opposite the mall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only problem is they didn't offer water to drink.

일주일 있었는데 아침식사도 좋았고, 친절하였습니다. 하지만 무료로 물을 주지 않았고, 마침 학생들이 많이 와서 저녁에 너무 시끄러웠습니다.
