"Our stay at Dal Lake was absolutely magical from start to finish. We booked a room with a direct lake view, and it was worth every single penny. Waking up to the sight of the misty mountains and colorful Shikaras gliding across the water was a dream come true.The Room & Amenities:The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with traditional Kashmiri wooden touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the centralized heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy during the chilly evenings. We also had a private balcony where we enjoyed our morning tea while watching the lake come alive.Hospitality & Service:The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing cup of hot Kashmiri Kahwa. The front desk was extremely helpful and organized a wonderful Shikara ride right from the ghat opposite the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was polite, smiling, and eager to assist.Dining Experience:The rooftop restaurant is a major highlight. We had a gorgeous candlelight dinner there overlooking the glowing houseboats. The food was delicious, especially the authentic Kashmiri Wazwan dishes and the breakfast buffet, which had a huge variety of choices.Location:You cannot beat this location on Boulevard Road. It is perfectly situated near the main ghats, making it incredibly easy to catch a boat, walk to nearby cafes, or take a short drive to the Mughal Gardens.We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Srinagar. great hotel and staff. very near to dal lake and have great connectivity. even food is amazing. staff is also very co-operative.

i stayed here three nights I comfortabley say that one of the best hotel ever .food is good rooms are good parking space is big staff is cooperative mir manager of this hotel is very helpful.

Hotel achha nhi tha services kafi kharab thi location bahut kharab aur sabse ziyada jo kharab tha bo washroom bahut ganda

Hotel is good. Good location. Quite and peace. Only things..is hot water usage is limited. You cant bath even 5 minutes. Hot water become cold again while bath. They should use centralised hot water system. Other than this issue, all.is.good. staff very polite and humble. Clean and nead.
