Very first issue was there that they don't know I already booked his hotel room.After that they provide me other room that is not the same which one I booked.Very bad service,Written during booking Airport drop free but didn't provide this service.worst service.

The room was not ready, even when we booked 15 days before, the sheets were itchy, no towels, provided, no provision of restaurant, the in charge was non cooperative, no one to take the luggage upstairs, no provision of electric kettle, the room was tiny, very tiny
