I would rate the stay as average as the cleanliness was in question all the time of my stay. The bedsheet seemed little smelly and moist. There were worms in the washroom. And, when i thought of ordering food for myself, i found the intercom wasn’t working. I went to restaurant and found the glasses to be dirty. I would never recommend anyone to stay in smart connect

Everything was good, as i solo travel most of the time, i had always wanted a room with single occupancy and i got it here, the receptionist was really good n gave me an early check in at 11 am and late check out at 12 pm. The room was clean and had cozy vibes, i really enjoyed the stay. . I really liked the behaviour of the workers, everything was on point including the room which was cozy, comfortable and clean.

Best value for money stay in kolkata. Awesome service. Beautiful food & atmosphere. All staffs are well behaved and very supportive.

The place is great for it's price. Room has samsung tv, great washroom, clean bed, awesome balcony and ac. The best part is the environment of the place which is totally different than other small hotels. This is not in a deserted place. So you're good.

Rooms are ok, staff behavior is fine but i feel they staffs should know their timings properly because i missed my breakfast because i was informed wrong timings.

Unexpected but pleasant stay. Location is very good, staff is polite and well groomed. Price point at which room is offered is also moderate and room is comfortable for solo travellers.
