Very disappointing room service

Breakfast they start at 8:30 am which is very rude on their part though they stated it starts at 7 in the night. For bread omelet they charge 200 rupees which is a cheating on their part. Room quality is poor (tv was not working and hanging from wall as it can fall down at any moment.

Room is terrible and not as shown in the picture, i booked but not now i regret for booking. Ac is also not working and ambience is pathetic. It is more terrible , can say it is a lodge/dormitory and not a hotel. Water was not coming in the bathroom.

The Location of the hotel is perfect. But I booked the delux Room but they only have old category of rooms. All the Prices of the foods are highly extra Priced and for that I have roam outside for Food. Even if you see laundry Charges You can feel that you booked a room at ITC. The laundry Charge of a handcarchief is 25 RS. Staffs beheviours are okay no issue about that.

Excellent service given by the Property. Stayed with my Wife, the staffs treated us very well, managers , waiters, all staffs were very helpful. Only one little disappointment I faced is there was no parking with this Property, but manager himself helped me for this issue. Overall experience is 10/10. Thank you for serving us MMT as well as Hotel Consulate.

I stayed just for one night. It wasn’t as per expectations and also I don’t understand reviews. Room was not clean , smelly toilet , it was noisy all night and I wasn’t able to sleep.

The stay was a nightmare. the only positive point is its proximity to the vfs center. The room was not cleaned. the comod was broken

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Consulate, Kolkata. The staff is incredibly polite, cooperative, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Mr. Ganesh, whose warm and helpful nature made my stay even more comfortable. He ensured everything was well taken care of and provided great support throughout my visit. The hotel’s location is perfect if you’re in Kolkata for visa appointments, as it is conveniently close to the required offices. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is excellent, making it the best place to stay for a hassle-free 永安. Highly recommended!
