I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was also very convenient and everything went smoothly during our stay. Overall, i am very satisfied with the service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you for the great experience!

Terrible experience.

Stay was good, they managed to give us 3 rooms on the same floor. Location is close to airport and breakfast was very good. They gave us a room to freshen up post checkout in the evening which is much appreciated.

Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff

The best part about hotel ra vista was that it was very close to the airport making it very easy for anyone travel-ling in the early hours. For the price the infrastructure and facilities are decent. However when i arrived the rooms looked good and the pricing was understandable. But the first thing i needed to call was room service since the floors were very dusty and dirty and the rooms were very stuffy. When room service came, the *** did not even clean the floor properly. The room service was also quite slow. And the worst part was at night when i was sleeping. The tv somehow switched on by itself and started playing videos. Which made me very uncomfortable. By that point i couldn't wait to check out. But to my disappointment the check out process was also very slow i had to wait for a very long time. Which gave me a lot of stress as i was running late for my flight that morning. All in all a good hotel with potential. Just some major flaws which need to be rectified

The room that was allotted to me was a sharing room. I don't know, and maybe it was my mistake that i selected such room based on price tag. I was offered room with a stranger and somehow managed to pass the night. No towel was supplied. I called up for it in the morning, but still no one cared to give it. The reception manager was stubborn and was eager to persuade me to take another room with three times the rate. A very obese person was there in the housekeeping who is just worthless. I don't know how they keep such fat person for this role which involves running all the time! anyway, my experience was not good. However, there are not all negatives about the hotel. The breakfast was really good.
