We enjoyed our stay at the Avatar Resort. The architecture of the place is beautiful and fits perfectly with the vibe of Railay. The room was clean and spacious and it had many amenities like a big balcony, water and Google TV. Overall the hotel is great, specially for the price but there’s many things that could be easily improved with better management. For example, the restaurant menu is full of AI generated images and graphic, this for a hotel trying to convey luxury or comfort gives the sensation of tackyness. Also, the pool had a chemical smell at times and was a bit dirty. Overall, was a pleasant stay and with just some tweaks it can become an excellent resort:)

Spacious clean rooms with Netflix/Prime enabled tv. Swim up pool rooms on the ground floor definitely worth the extra money. The bali bed on the balconies are a nice touch. Good location close to east pier for ferries. Do watch out for the monkeys as they will come into your room if you leave the door open.

I had a pleasant stay at Avatar Railay. The room was spacious, clean, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall room quality exceeded my expectations. However, the common areas could use some improvement. The swimming pool area and walkways were quite dark at night, and parts of the property looked a bit dated compared to the modern rooms. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable room in Railay. With some upgrades to the common areas and better lighting, it would provide an even better guest experience.

水、お湯、冷水は施設內で自分で汲みに行く事で、手に入ります。　宿泊時は施設のメンテナンス中でウッドデッキの張り替えをしていて、日中部屋で休める環境では無かった。　朝食は毎日ほぼ同じ內容で選択肢はあまり無い　プールは少々狹く陽が當たる時間帯に限りがあります　Railayに安く泊まれるので良いと思います　桟橋側なので大きなバッグも濡らさず辿り着けます

Very close to the pier, which is very convenient, the hotel is good, staff very friendly, the rooms are huge, the garden is beautiful. The only issue is that the access to the hotel is sandy and if u are with a suitcase, it’s gonna be a problem to carry. There are monkeys visiting the pool sometimes and it’s a show apart! 😂

訂酒店的時候看到評分很高，價格也不貴，抱有比較高的期待，入住之後大失所望 1、泳池比我們住的其他酒店的泳池更臟 2、早餐一點都不好吃，一共住了兩晚，第一天吃了早餐之後第二天就訂的不帶早餐的套餐 3、水非常非常非常臟，水龍頭流出來的水是黃的，肉眼可見的黃，我們帶了過濾器，第一晚洗完澡之後就變成了圖一的樣子，即使用了過濾器，洗完的衣服再拿去其他酒店洗的時候，也泡出黃水 4、讓我給出差評的是前台人員的區別對待：我們去退房的時候前台沒其他客人，按照流程他們（前台，男的）需要檢查房間，所以讓我們等兩分鐘，完全理解並尊重！但是在我們等待過程中，來了兩波白人，這個前台這時候就不讓他們等待2分鐘了，客人給完房卡前台就直接各種thank u的微笑着給他們開門，送他們離開……然而這時候我們還在等… 真的巨生氣，這種酒店就該早日倒閉

房間實際比圖片要新各種細節很好尤其是燈光掛東西的架子很多空調給力每一層走廊有免費飲水機很環保淋浴、廁所和洗手枱三分離互補影響熱水壓力很足定的直通泳池房露台上的沙發很加分早餐是美式和泰式結合每天會有一些變化品種不多但足夠吃咖啡很濃鬱可以問吧枱要冰塊自己做冰美式我每天要喝兩杯+ 泳池每天傍晚有猴子造訪注意關門和收好東西我們覺得看猴子跳水也是樂趣無窮但不要投喂哦～
