Muy simple para 4 estrellas.
La ventana no se cerraba y al cerrar l apuesta se abria. El dia de llegada hacia frío h la ventana estaba abierta, lo comunique en recepción y me dijeron que la calefacción estaba apagada y el aire solo era frío, así que pedí otro edredón.
No habia agua de cortesia en la habitación
El parking estaba a 300-400 metros y no está gestionado por ellos.

Nice and easy stay. Hotel is close to major attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Would stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff friendly. The complaint I have is about the parking. It is said on your platform that the hotel has a parking facility which it has not. Also I felt awkward how they put the coffee cups and glasses on the table without a tray. All hotels do that, why not this one ?

It's a little far from the old town, but good s to visit other places in Krakow, the Oscar Schindler Memorial, the kazimerz Jewish Quarter, the Viswa River, etc. The hotel facilities are great, but the wifi is often cut off. I'm not sure if it's a temporary phenomenon.

기차역과 약간 거리가 있지만 근처에 트램역이 있어서 시내 관광에는 무리가 없었어요. 1층 레스토랑에서 식기와 얼음을 받을 수 있었고 직원들은 친절했어요.
욕실이 넓어서 좋았고 방에 창문이 없었던 것이 가장 아쉬웠어요~ 아, TV가 인터넷TV여서 유튜브를 이용할 수 있어서 정말 좋았어요!
