It is within walking distance of the private hospital where I had an appointment, which was very convenient. However, the facilities were disappointing. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even after I requested a room change. The customer service was acceptable, but the staff answered questions in a monotonous manner and did not come across as friendly or welcoming.

Ad breakfast free, segala yang dlm gmbr mmg sebiji dgn bilik hotel. Bleh tgok critakt tv. But, mostly kna byr. Still there's a free one. N not necessary but hospital n kedai makan dekat sgt. So, kalo lapar or rsa xsihat, jln kaki pn bleh. So convenient

If you travelling solo, dont take the single bed, no windows, molds, dirty toilet, smelly. I arrived late in the evening, just to take a nap and shower, not worth it, cant sleep properly, check out early morning to continue my journey.
All is okay except the toilets wasnt functioning very well. Basic amenities are completely provided like hairdryer, heater, aircond, iron upon request. Parking also easily can get. The location also in the centre of Kuala Lumpur which is very accesible to famous places in Kuala Lumpur. The room also got this unpleasant cigarattes smell probably from previous tenant.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Smile Hotel. Upon check-in, I noticed that there were no basic toiletries or amenities provided in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. Additionally, the hallway had a very unpleasant smell, making the environment uncomfortable. Overall, this did not meet my expectations, and I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness and guest services.
