酒店位置非常好，附近應該是使館區，好多大使館。停車也非常方便。酒店會給一個停車卡，全程免費停車。酒店外面還有專門放外賣的地方。

整體來説有很好的體驗！無論多晚，管家都會聯繫我處理入住事宜，非常負責任。房間很新，設施和用品也很齊全，連備用品都有準備。還可以洗衣服，景觀也很不錯。

酒店位置很好離TRX跟地鐵都很近步行可到 附近餐飲娛樂豐富 房間雖小但該有的設施設備齊全 但就是隔音一般附近有人會很吵 高峯期電梯也要等很久 整體來説性價比不錯

酒店位置很好，還帶小廚房，洗衣機，冰箱。父母住的也很滿意。估計就是比較新的緣故還有小小異味，但總體性價比已經非常高了！

除了電梯有點慢其它的都很好。推薦她家的床超舒服，整體有像回到家的感覺。👍👍👍👍👍

種族歧視，看到白人笑臉嘻嘻，到中國人就臭臉要錢，酒店下水道反味嚴重，一室房間裏全是下水道的味道，直接弄的我上呼吸道發炎，酒店的解決方案就是給我一個全是化學味道的空氣清新器弄的房間更臭。寄存行李要單獨收費10RM，取行李還要再收100RM。垃圾中的垃圾，別來住。

The unit was new n clean. But the sound proof was very poor. Can heard clearly what’s the next door talking. Furthermore the water pressure very low n weak. Showering time totally can’t enjoyed. The worst thing was the car park. The staff asked us to follow the lot which was mentioned 76A. But we round n round for many times didn’t found it. Only found 76 which already have pple parked it. Text msg to the staff but no reply until we called. Then only said Okok, Juz park other lot n snap photo to them will do. Hello, should said earlier on this part. From the check in time wait for the staff to pass the key, then park the car until went up to the unit we booked, it took us for one hour! This was very tiring. The security also not friendly. The way they talked like we owed them something. When check out time also same, once step out from the unit I already update n msg them. They reply with Okok. As need to take back the deposit, it took 15 min to checked out successfully just to get back the deposit. This was my very bad experience. Although the location was good, but I will not going back anymore in the future. Normally I like to take the photos n sharing, but the checked in process really make me frustrated and totally no more interested to took any photos to share anymore.

The WORST service apartments stay ever in my 20 over years travelling experience. Entire unit (located on 53rd floor) was covered by a disgusting stink smell which came out from a bathroom. Bidet suddenly broken & water splashing everywhere in another bathroom! What a bad luck!! The only Satisfying is the location, just walking distance to TRX Mall.

The hotel’s location is ideal—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. I also had the chance to try the on-site restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend dormeo. I’ll definitely be returning on my next 永安!

【按金不退+前台經理態度極差 + 管理混亂】 入住時繳了300馬幣按金，退房時酒店拒絕退還按金，沒有任何合理解釋，無任何單據訊息。整個過程前台經理的服務態度極其惡劣，言辭敷衍、語氣傲慢，還帶有挑釁意味，完全沒有基本的職業素養與服務意識。 一家酒店的前台經理本應是形象代表，但在這裏，卻成了破壞顧客體驗的最大問題。按金不退、態度差、管理混亂，這樣的酒店根本不配接待客人。 提醒大家：選擇酒店一定要看差評，避免掉進按金陷阱，特別是不要遇到這種態度惡劣的前台經理！ 關鍵詞：按金不退、前台經理態度差、服務惡劣、管理混亂、消費者權益 避坑！！！避坑！！！
