숙소자체가 청결하지않다.
바퀴벌래와 샤워시설 등...
방청결은 2일한번청소 수건도 달라고해야 준다.
이것은 잘못되었습니다.
별을 5개을 받을려면 최선을다해서 관리해여한다.

Excellent Service
I had a great experience at Hotel Grand Orchard, especially because of Mahadi’s excellent service. He was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. The actual hotel was quite different from the pictures. Some basic items in the room were also missing or insufficient. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

Администратору спасибо, заселил меня пораньше, чем 3 часа дня. На этом плюсы закончились. Огромное количество тараканов везде. И в холле. И в номерах. И на разных этажах. Ремонт очень старый. Двери на закрываются. Замки сломаны. Заселюсь сюда ещё раз? Нет! Нет! Нет!

Very great location,friendly and good service staff named TonMoy . I was staying for 2days and and I check out late around 2pm , the management and staff don't even charge me for late C/O. Solo girl traveler can come and try to stay, it's safety to travel alone and stay here 👌🏻
