We stayed there 2 nights. The room is spacious, air conditioner is strong to cool down the room fast. However, its louvres couldn’t be adjusted, the wind would blow at your face directly when lying down the bed. Only 2 lifts to get down to the lobby, usually at least 5 min wait for the lift. Couldn’t use my card key to access my room the 1st night, the staff has to come up to open the door for us. There is no telephone in the room to call for assistance. The room wasn’t tidy up and no change of bath towels the next day.

Мы остановились на 3 дня. В целом отель неплохой за свои деньги. Расположение удобное. Но чистота и уборка номера оставляет желать лучшего. Ванная была немного старой и обветшалой.

The hotel is close to a number of restaurants and convenience stores. Vending machine in the lobby seeling instant noodles and drinks. Private indoor parking for RM8 per night. Excellent receptionist (i think she was an indian girl) spoke excellent English and very friendly. The room was large and clean with a great view of the Twin Towers. Had a small sofa, coffee table, a desk and a vanity table. Had sufficient toileteries. I really liked the duck shaped soaps. Bath and face towels provided. Kettle with coffee and tea provided. Had an iron and board. Beds were excellent and clean. Only thing was the gym was under renovation but that's not a problem at all. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Spacious, the room is big enough, could put luggage and open on floor.
Good view, even the air pollution causes cannot view far, but there is total no blocking view.
A little hygiene issue. The floor is dusty, the table never clean, can see little oil stain and food waste on table. The toilet floor also dusty. Maybe is due to just after renovation.
Some noice, on Sunday early morning the renovation work already started, and could hear from room. Maybe after the whole building fully renovated then will be no more noice.
Very good location, easy access to city center and shopping mall by driving.

Bilik luas, tapi ada masalah teknikal. Bila takde elektrik semua problem. Aircond takde, lampu bilik air takde. Panggil technician lama sangat nak betulkan. View cantik.

The room was spacious and clean, although the hotel has a slightly old fashioned style. There is no swimming pool or gym. One thing I really liked was the hot water.
There’s a KK Mart downstairs, and the hotel is quite close to KLCC. It’s only about a 5minute Grab ride away. Overall, it was a good stay and the price was reasonable. Even on the weekend, there were still rooms available at an affordable price.

It is a nice hotel, large lobby, spacious clean rooms and has nice views of the city, some parts are currently under renovation, but it doesn’t affect the rooms that are available. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, I had great interactions with them especially Ahmed
