時代廣場時代服務套房 (Times Service Suites @ Times Square)

房間很大，有浴缸，入住很快，工作人員會講英文。 到time square後去樓下問保安如何找到酒店，保安會叫你打電話聯繫，稍後工作人員會下來。 離市中心的商業街和小吃街 很近，大概幾百米。 樓下的安保很好，不會讓人隨便進出。 樓下就是times square，是一個12層的商場，還有室內遊樂園、過山車，商場裏肯德基麥當勞超市雞飯都有。麥當勞不太好找在五樓。 距離唐人街（茨廠街）也很近打車大概10分鐘不到。

圖片看着新 ，其實房間已經很舊了。房間有一股奇怪的味道，聞着非常不舒服。房間裏很多設施都壞了，入住需要按金100馬幣。洗澡前要打開熱水開關，然後開很久才會有熱水，不知道是什麼原理。民宿沒有前台，衹能微信溝通。回覆的還是比較快的，總體來説可以，湊合一晚。住的37樓風景不錯，可以看到雙子塔。但是樓下摩託車呼嘯而過的聲音非常清楚，玻璃窗戶隔音不好。

飯店的位置非常的優越但是裡面的設備可能是比較老舊浴缸他排水孔打不開然後浴室會積水所以設備稍微老舊但是也都還不錯對於住起來的話也是很舒服當天是房租升等所以CP值算是非常的高然後也很滿意沒有問題的

Bilik besar spacious walaupun standard. Perabot mungkin lama punya tapi aku jenis tak kisah sangat. Tidur selesa, swimming pool besar. Location terbaik

hotel lama.. luar hotel nmpak mewah.. dlm hotel byk kena tukar perabot. perabot dah uzur..tp dari segi harga ok la.. tmpat bgus.. bilik besar mudah.. tgh2 bandar kl tu.. ok la.. overall..

The room is old, dirty and dusty. The toilet bowl gave off a very bad smell. Beddings felt itchy. Will not recommend this apartment even though it is cheap. Only good thing is the location. Don’t understand why a deposit is necessary when the room is of unsatisfactory condition.

The apartment is very dated and with broken furniture. Cleanliness and maintenance need lots of improvement. Wall and tub have blood-like stains. Pillow and bedsheets have stains too. Location is good and price is cheap. I’ll not stay there again.

房間遠遠超過預期，面積大，設施華麗，二十年前的房子，那時算是頂級了。美中不足的是客房要收取按金。馬來西亞旅遊業落後，下午三點入住，要收按金，要交旅遊税。現在國內哪裡還有酒店收按金？誰想帶走你茶壺一樣。

I strongly advise against booking this apartment. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the listing did not reflect reality. The apartment was in extremely poor and unsanitary condition: dirty floors, dusty surfaces, visible signs of neglect, and an overall lack of basic cleanliness. On top of that, the Wi-Fi — a critical amenity for travelers — was completely non-functional, making it impossible to work or even communicate. Despite trying to give the benefit of the doubt, it quickly became clear that staying there was simply not an option. I reported the issues through the platform immediately and explained that it was not livable. That same evening, I handed the keys to a staff member and left. I had no choice but to walk around the city late at night searching for alternative accommodation, carrying my luggage, and trying to find a place that could accept a last-minute booking. It was a distressing and exhausting experience that seriously impacted my 永安. While I appreciate that 永安 eventually processed a full refund and offered some compensation in 永安 Coins, the entire situation should have been avoided. A property listed on a reputable platform must meet minimum hospitality standards — this one did not. This is a clear case of misleading listing quality and failure to meet basic service expectations. Until significant improvements are made to both the property and the way it is managed, I cannot recommend it to anyone.
