This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I booked two rooms, and the windows in both rooms were damaged and could not be locked, which posed a serious safety risk. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to the extremely poor cleanliness and hygiene conditions, I decided to check out early and requested a refund. At first, the hotel refused to process the refund, claiming that I had not reported the issues at the front desk. After several discussions and considerable effort on my part to resolve the matter, they finally agreed to issue a refund. Overall, the room facilities, safety standards, and cleanliness were all highly disappointing and fell far below acceptable accommodation standards. I would not recommend staying here.

The toilet light very dark and have a lot of ants , heater spoils, outside road also noisy cannot sleep well. The towel very dirty ...🤮🤢 廁所燈光很暗，有很多螞蟻，加熱器壞了，外面的路也很吵，睡不好覺。 毛巾非常臟......🤮🤢

For solo travellers/ concert goer: 1. Hotel ni dekat dengan Lrt Awan Besar. Jadi, parking je dekat lrt awan besar & naik train untuk pergi ke Lrt Bukit Jalil. Tak jauh, 2 stations je. Recommended. 2. Bilik hotel besar & luas. Harga pun affordable. Water pressure laju. Best mandi. Cermin pun besar. 3. Wifi slow yang amat. Parking limited. Kebersihan dalam bilik not really good. Tapi ok lah, you pay less, you get less haha.

入住酒店為了看演唱會， 就步行靠近的輕快鐵站大概要一個7-8分鐘就可以到達， 買了一次性token就可從Awan Besar -Bukit Jalil，2個站下車就可以到體育館了， 步行經過室外的場館， 室內的場館大概也要15分鐘到達，晚上看完演唱會就可以沿路上回兩個站乘搭輕快鐵就可以安全回到酒店。酒店內簡單住一晚是沒有問題的， 樓下有一間市場可以買點喝的飲料和一些小零食， 附近情況可以打車5-10分鐘就有很多餐館， 喜歡步行的也可以慢慢走。下次如果來一個晚上看演唱會可以考慮這間.

= boleh lah. kalau nak buat tidur malam. nama pun hotel budget kan. = tingkap bilik dia menghadap parking bertingkat so kalau nak seksi ke apa jangan bukak langsir. = tak ada arah kiblat, maybe sebab hotel non muslim kut. = ada hint of bau rokok. = bilik I ada lampu rosak. so gelap kemain.
