voco 古晉 酒店 by IHG (voco Kuching by IHG)

A nice and new hotel. However the housekeeping service really needs to improve. This is the first time I checked into the hotel with no shower gel, shampoo and hand lotion. The bottles were not refilled. And the housekeeping service entered my room without taking off the shoes to my bathroom and the shoe was really dirty the floor 🙁. The hotel needs to improve and train the staff again.

Guest was stay in my room.. after check, it’s customer service given wrong key to either party, however the guest who stay in the room, letter offer is another room number which is not match with key number

Still need to a lot of improvement. Example for receptionist when addressing customer. I am a man but they accidentally became lasy. In Addition cleaner do not throw the rubbish in toilet . The toilet bowl look a bit yellow not sure is it water colour issue. In addition, need big improve for the lift access or direction when using it. The bessheei really comfortable

I loved my stay eventho it was just for a night, I’m now looking for excuses to come back to Kuching just to stay with Voco! Service wise it was tad bit lacking, no one helped me with my luggages upon reaching the hotel but subsequently, everytime I got into the car, someone would be there to hold my door I enjoyed the breakfast truly. The swimming isn’t completed yet I think, bathrooms were not ready. Location wise, it’s a 20-30mins to Kuching city center, just gotta plan your time if you’ve got work appointments. The best suprise was the retail stop at the lobby! I couldn’t keep my hands off the bags hehe

很新很推薦，趁剛開就住進去了，床特別的舒服👍非常貼心的是在洗漱臉盆旁還自帶了個過濾的飲用水出口👍非常棒

The hotel is beautifully designed, with an elegant atmosphere that creates a very comfortable stay. The interior is stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a great night's sleep. However, I believe the hotel should pay more attention to housekeeping and quality control, especially considering it is a newly opened property. The white coffee table in my room was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. When I wiped it with my hand, dust came off immediately. Surprisingly, the other tables in the room were clean, so it seemed that this particular table had been overlooked. I also found dust on the floor beside the glass panel next to the bathtub, which looked as though it had not been cleaned. In addition, there was a loose screw beside the fish tank, along with visible traces of unfinished construction or installation work. These details should have been properly cleaned up and inspected before the room was handed over to guests. The weighing scale also had visible dirty marks on it, which did not leave a good impression. Another disappointment was that I called Guest Services twice to report these issues, but no one answered either call. In the end, I gave up trying. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design, elegant ambience, and comfortable bed. My experience would have been much better if more attention had been given to cleanliness, room inspection, and guest service. I hope the management will address these issues, as the hotel has great potential to provide an excellent guest experience. Should the hotel require further clarification, I would be happy to provide videos documenting the issues I encountered during my stay. 早餐、健身房，YYDS 我衣服釦子掉了，還專門為我提供了針線

作為第一個寫下評價的人，我必須要誇誇這個酒店。第一次到古晉出差，18號這個酒店突然就顯示出來了，沒有任何評價讓我很擔心會不會踩雷，我上網一查是IHG洲際旗下的，這個酒店是之前的老酒店翻新的。實際入住後，覺得這個價格住這樣的酒店太划算了，整個酒店裝修的很大氣很有個性，年輕化的時尚設計感，很多角落都小巧思的設計風格傢俱，裝飾畫的擺放。設施設備完善，因為酒店很新，房間角角落落都很乾凈，長期出差的我對酒店衞生很挑剔，這家酒店真的沒讓我失望，前台服務員都很禮貌熱情，床品很舒服柔軟，我晚上睡的很舒服，浴袍也很有質感，毛巾也很乾凈，洗浴用品也很香。早餐很豐富，選擇很多，聽説晚餐也不錯，這個酒店真的超預期，在此之前我很糾結古晉的另外兩個五星酒店，有了對比後我下次就不用糾結了。Voco6月18號剛開業，我感覺還是有點點裝修味，開了空調換風後會好一些。介意裝修味的可以在9月以後入住我覺得味道應該就散的差不多了。機場過來就10分鐘左右，去這些打卡點像濱海坊也10多分鐘路程，位置也很方便，下次如果還來出差，我將毫不猶豫選這裏。
