Too small

My stay was disappointing. The room was very hot when I arrived and remained uncomfortable, definitely not ideal in warm weather. The surroundings and ventilation need improvement. The toilet was dirty, and the sliding door did not close properly it hung awkwardly over the rim. I have to do it myself to make it inside the rim so it can slide better. Breakfast was okay only and not attractive. They mentioned a tablet would be provided, but it wasn’t. Also, no one answered the contact number for inquiries. I expected much better for the price. Overall, this place is only for Instagrammable.

Room with sea view was absolutely perfect. The panoramic ocean view from our room were breathtaking, green, fresh. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Very calm pool to swim. Private beach access was ideal for relaxing vacation.

The room unique, the bad this when booking on 永安 showing children is from 0–17-year-old but when reach the hotel. The reception told us 12 years old above is adult price. End up for RM 240. By no choice then we must accept. The family with big group of people which personally not encourage.

Better to book Damai beach resort, could have booked that instead of culvert Movie night was open air and full of mosquito

Overall is good. Need to prepare some mosquitoes spray 😂 Would recommend foreigner travel there with car rental as there is nothing much shop/restaurant around. Unless you don’t mind just stay in the hotel.

To best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts. You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas. The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room. The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them. I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher 永安. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!
