New hotel with friendly staff and close location to downtown LV

Check in: I did have to call them to alert them of my post-midnight arrival so they could write “DO NOT CANCEL” on my booking. If I hadn’t been proactive about it, sounds like my 1am arrival would not have been honored or could have been released to another person on standby. Room: Bed is comfy AF. Small wet bar. They’re not stingy with towels, a big relief to not have to call down for extras. Biggest downside was the HVAC, it was extremely loud. I’m not one to exaggerate, so I’m telling you that this thing blew incredibly loud when it was on, and there was no setting for low speed, just a hurricane-like “on” setting. Both the heat and AC work, but you must be comfortable with the noise. Advice is to bring earplugs. Amenities: They provide a decanter for water and an available “hydration station” that doesn’t accommodate the height of the decanter so you’re stuck only filling small cups (and not even reusable water bottles because they’re too tall). I used the gym’s water dispenser. There’s also beautiful restrooms and water fountains in the lobby. The pool area is nice. You may use the beach chairs freely but must pay to use covered cabanas. Breakfast: Complimentary for all Element guests. You check in with attendant by showing your key card and stating your room number, she double checks the names on her roster and you’re free to the breakfast area. Not available to AC guests. Cook-to-order station was wonderful. You get in line, order from their displays of food, they cook or plate for you, and enjoy! Buffet for breads, fruits, yogurt bar, and coffee/juice. There’s no drop-off area for your dishes so it’s full-service clean up. Parking: attached garage with tall clearances, didn’t use but there are fees. Did use Lyfts and it navigated them perfectly to the hotel entrance.

整體體驗非常棒。住在市中心，步行一個街區就是奧特萊斯，購物特別方便。 另外必須重點表揚前台 Candle小妹，服務真的太貼心了。第一天沒安排到我心儀的房間，她一直記在心上，第二天主動幫我升級了房間，還特意記着我的房號，這份用心真的讓人很感動。

It's a new hotel with professional management. Check in, check out were fast. Room were clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, I really love the omelette and waffles station. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the north premium outlet.
