Generally pleased with the accommodation for an evening. The only downside of the hotel is the location on a main road because of the traffic noise but that can't be avoided. One issue that needs to be addressed is the shower. Very disappointing with little pressure. A small pump needs to be installed.

房間整體上挺乾淨的，而且帶了獨立衞浴很方便。這個酒店沒有前台，自助辦理入住，距離市中心火車站步行大概25分鐘，整體上還算方便。

I stayed here for one night while travelling for work. The price was very reasonable for a single en-suite room, and the basic facilities were adequate for a short stay. The room had clean towels, and the crockery and cutlery provided were also clean, which I appreciated. However, the quilt cover had some visible spots which could have been better checked before the room was prepared. My room was next to a fairly busy road, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise during the night, which may be an issue for light sleepers. Another inconvenience was that there are no nearby shops and there isn’t even a vending machine on site, so it’s difficult to get basic snacks or drinks once you arrive. In addition, there were two salt dispensers provided but both were empty. The property was also difficult to locate. The main outside sign says “Simply Stay”, while the Tennyson name appears only on a very small sign. Even the taxi driver struggled to identify it and had to make a couple of U-turns before we found the entrance, which added to the fare. Clearer signage would make arrival much easier for guests. Overall, it’s a budget option and acceptable for a short stay if you’re mainly looking for an inexpensive room, but a few improvements in housekeeping checks and clearer signage would improve the guest experience.

Room was neat and tidy , well equipped Comfortable beds , clean towels , continental breakfast include , fridge available, quite place . Everything was perfect . It was nice experience at Tennyson hotel . I would go like to recommend, good value for money . 😌👌

After a little confusion with the entry system to the room, it was mainly my fault for misunderstanding the message, but this was dealt with swiftly with a call to the 24 support number. Perhaps listing the entry process and room entry system under 2 clear, separate headings in the communications may have made it clearer. It was also implied that the parking bays were in some way numbered or identifiable with the room number, but this wasn't the case. Apart from those small things, both dealt with quickly the room was clean, a good size and offered plenty of refreshments & breakfast options for us. The shared spaces were clean and appeared welcoming. Bed was comfy and shower great, but curtains or a blind would have been appreciated over the thin net panel window covering which was present. Would definitely come back again, good distance from the castle - about 30 mins walk - good value for price paid

The Self-Checkin was efficient. Breakfast was a little bit simple.

Very easy to get to.Rooms were nice and big. Very clean.Would book again here if we were to come to Lincoln again
