우선 에어컨이 빵빵하게 나오고… 에어컨 없는 호텔에 며칠 머물다가 에어컨있는 호텔에 가니 눈물이 날 정도… 구글에 악평이 너무 많아서 좀 걱정했는데… 다행이였어요… 근대 화장실 특히 변기에서 냄새올라오는 게 있고.. 변기물내리고 핸드세정제 를 좀 변기에 뿌리면 괜찮아요… 욕실에 타인의 머리카락이 몇가락있었다… 뭐… 위치가 엄청 좋고 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요!

the only positive i can say is that the location was perfect.  And charissa who worked night shift was wonderful.   but that being said, rooms were unclean, and service was non existent.  1/2 hour of wifi allowed, no hairdryers allowed , teapot diode not work. and unbelievably rude woman were day shift.  yelling when aa question  i usually refuse to lead bad reviews….,i made an exception with this place.

The hotel was lovely and clean set in a 5 minute walk from the station making it easy to get to and around London. Staff were lovely and friendly. Also opted for breakfast at £10.99 which was yummy. Would definitely stay again.

A lot of pluses inc location, range of TV channels and shower all of which worked well . A markdown was that there was no drinking tumbler or glass . I was not pleased to be asked to turn my TV down by reception staff but I probably just had a fusspot in the room next to me I like watching late night TV so if TL are difficult about this I may avoid you in future ! Last time I gave TL a high mark but the TV/ sound issue has soured my attitude this time somewhat .

Alles soweit in Ordnung: hervorragende Lage, große Zimmer, gute Sauberkeit… aber: im Bad ist nur sehr geringer Wasserdruck vorhanden - was man beim Duschen irgendwie noch verschmerzen kann, einen aber beim Toilettgang vor nahezu unlösbare Probleme stellt.

The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible by both the subway and buses, and close to shopping centers. All the staff were attentive and smiling, except for one woman at the reception counter. She was large, wore glasses, was unfriendly, and provided poor service. However, I still stayed here because I liked the place. I don't mind if there's just one bad staff member.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Furthermore, the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises were impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this establishment.
