綠色阿麗亞娜酒店和餐廳 (Green Ariana Hotel & Restaurant)

La camera per 3 giorni non è venuto nessuno a pulire e un solo cambio di asciugamani. Ho chiesto a tre persone diverse di provvedere a pulire il mobile bagno sotto il lavandino già trovato sporco appena arrivati. In bagno non ci sono prese di corrente ed i contenitori dei detergenti sono vuoti Sul sito non è specificato che la cucina è Afgana non amo mangiare con tante spezie, purtroppo avevo scelto per comodità la mezza pensione potete immaginare il mio stomaco. La colazione ? Fettine di ciambella prese al market e questa è la colazione dolce, la salata uova strapazzate fagioli wurste e verdure toast una bottiglia acqua una caraffa di succo di frutta e the freddo,per 3 giorni le stesse cose. Pulizia non sanno cosa sia , dimenticavo i quaderni dei menu sono unti e bisunti. Non hanno minime attenzioni per la clientela.

The Green Ariana was a wonderful hotel for our one night stay in London. The staff were so kind and helpful. The bedroom was large clean and comfy. The breakfast was pleasant enough. The train station in to central London was just a three minute walk. The only downside was the area it's in,. We drove to London and parked our car with just park in the carpark by Tesco about a five minutes walk and we are slightly concerned it will be there when we get back as around the area had a few drunks and the streets didn't feel so safe. The tube itself into London must be an older line as every time we went in or back there was graffiti etc on the trains and again didn't feel too safe. None of these points are against the hotel, that itself was lovely, it looked the nicest establishment around. If your happy with the area it's in then it's a great hotel and bargain to stay. The only possible problem (not for us) is if you struggle with stairs as there is no lift and we were in the top floor . Thank you Green Ariana

酒店房間非常小 2個人住 行李箱子不太能放下。 我想説酒店的老闆服務態度真的很差勁 全程都很惡劣…員工服務還不錯…. 再就是我定的是包晚餐的…第一天晚上點的羊排果汁… 第二天因為晚上要去看比賽 想提前點好 晚上再吃 員工説讓我當電話 老闆卻告訴我沒辦法 人不在不能吃 （其實就是不想讓我點）態度極其冷淡… 第三天 我朋友點的羊排 居然衹給3塊 菜單明明寫的4塊 還忽悠我菜單寫錯了 就是不想再多加一塊！然後也不讓我們點果汁 説衹能點汽水 一點道理不講 想怎麼樣説就怎麼樣…我點的菜單裏面寫的，最後上的也沒有雞翅！簡直是騙我的飯錢…唉 各種忽悠我 非常不推薦！

駅からすごいアクセスがよかった。 スーパーも近くにあってとても良かった。 シャワーヘッドも強くてよかった。

The hotel location is superb. It’s almost next to the tube station. Our room is at the top floor, there’s a bit of leg work. It’s ok for us coz we were not having huge luggage. When we got to the room, there was a strong stinky smell from toilet. Good that we immediately turned on the shower to wet the drainage. Room was good size for two and with WiFi. Unfortunately, the shower was super hot that I could not take a shower. We did not know if turning down the boiler helps with lowering the temperature of the water. Bedding were very clean! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice that this hotel stay comes with nice breakfast too.

Great hotel, clean and close to transport! Hotel has a restaurant.. didn’t get a chance to try the food maybe next time! I just watched the football at evening time was chill and relaxing. Staff are super friendly. Thank you. There was a history talk of the boss, the building is 400+ years old , some walls and windows are still there. Was interesting.. great stay. Thank you T and the the team.

員工十分友善，雖然沒有電梯，但會主動幫忙搬行李。食物質素很好，選擇也多。地點距離市中心有點遠，但交通方便，尚可接受。

Worth the price , nice stay.

Great spot a bit out in the cut but very close to a tube on the cusp of zone 2 & 3. Easy to get to so long as tube is running. If not, you will have a decent walk from where bus drops you that’s close, or at least I did. Overall, good value and physical location is so-so. The staff was super friendly and allowed me to shoot a dj video in their bar. Thank so much!
