Shower didn’t close properly, water pressure poor and overall smell in the room. Facilities clean overall and staff friendly.

房間非常小，層高低。 前台時好時差。 盡然扣了我兩次房費， 不知道故意的還是怎麼都，如果入住，建議看下銀行卡有沒有被扣房費哦。

Honestly had such a good stay at Dorsett Canary Wharf 🥹💖 The room was super clean, the interior was beautiful and everything felt really comfortable and well looked after. What made the experience even better was the staff everyone was genuinely so kind, polite and welcoming the whole time. We checked in quite late because of the bank holiday, and they were so lovely about it. They even upgraded our room and offered us a late check-out which we really appreciated Overall such a nice experience and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

There was no drinking water available in the hotel. I was told the hotel is new and does not yet have a water supplier, which is why they only provide water via a lobby dispenser. However, when I needed water at around 1am, the dispenser was empty as well. When I asked reception for assistance, I was told they’re going to refill the water dispenser and after making me wait for about 20 minutes I was told there was no water available and that I would need to get water from outside. I understand that complimentary bottled water is not always provided, but access to at least purchasable drinking water is a basic need.
