Cleanliness is good but the carpet smells a bit. AC should be improved and I felt sweat during night.

The hotel is quite comfortable and the location is very convenient, especially since it’s very close to the Elizabeth Line station. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. I expected better quality and more variety.

Have stayed a few times now. Pleasant and comfortable stay in a air-conditioned room. Deposit payable on arrival, but always promptly returned at checkout. Would recommend to others.

This is a clean and tidy hotel. Although the hotel is not a big hotel, it is quiet and the room that I have stayed was really tidy and clean as well. Everything in the room worked perfectly. They even provide complimentary tea and coffee in the room! They offered free breakfast for me as well. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. I had a good sleep. Goodbye Travelodge... If you want me to talk about what could be improved, I can't think of one thing though. Cheers!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to start the day right. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my visit and would happily stay here again!
