簡直就是詐騙 實際房間的大小是圖片的三分之一，走路都費勁 更別説放行李箱，酒店明明有電梯，前台看我拿了兩個行李箱，給我安排了一個需要爬樓沒有電梯的房間，衞生也很糟糕，總之不會推薦也不會再住，這個房費真是當作做慈善了，就這樣吧。大家不要踩雷

Accommodation is located 3 minutes from Limehouse DLR Station. It is a very quiet spot in a very busy city with good priced accomodation. The room was fine for a single person, nice comfortable bed, clean and large bathroom with shower. Kettle and good wife with a desk to work on. I slept well and was at City Airport in about 15 minutes early morning. Will use this place again.

Check in was easy, as was the parking, although parking is no longer free. The hotel is 2 minutes from a DLR station making it easy to get to the centre of London. The hotel is also a 15/20 minute walk to Canary Wharf. The room itself is clean, has tea and coffee making facilities. There is no tv in the rooms in keeping with the nature of the hotel. Breakfast was good, it was continental style but lots of choice including gluten free options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

This isn’t your normal hotel. It’s a serene religious retreat that houses an old Chapel and provides the rooms on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Since it’s not a normal hotel, you’ll not have the amenities like room service. But you get a lot of benefits that you don’t get in a hotel. Rooms which are larger than normal London rooms. Parking (not free, payment using mobile) in a protected compound. Good free continental breakfast. Polite service. Peaceful and serene location, which you can’t believe is in London. A historical location with hundreds of years of history associated with it. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

因為在Queen Mary附近吃飯，晚上十點多直接打開永安搜了最近的酒店，看評價還不錯，酒店“照騙”也不錯，1400多的價格在倫敦不算貴也不算便宜，就直接開車去了，結果真的是踩了個大雷。 首先，走進酒店時工作人員態度不錯，跟我們有説有笑的，也跟Baby打招呼，讓我們覺得很開心。酒店樓下有小書吧，後面也小花園，當時我還覺得這小酒店很舒服。 但是，當我們走進房間，踩雷開始了，進去後我們發現房間窗子都開着，然後就聽到馬路上“哄～哄～”汽車的聲音，過了一會兒還有火車的聲音，我往窗外一開，真的是馬路邊…開窗肯定沒法睡了。最近的倫敦算是天氣熱的時候，關窗又悶，於是開空調吧，結果空調太老了，一開就是很大的噪音。至此這個房間肯定沒法睡了。 由於當時太晚，樓下也沒有工作人員，我就先試試能不能睡着，忍到半夜兩點多，房間熱的無法入睡，一摸孩子後背全是汗，床單都濕了，我真的崩潰了，給永安的工作人員發了訊息，但是他們能做的也就是聯繫代理，代理能做的也是聯繫酒店，但是酒店前台根本沒人，也就不了了之。 我一晚沒睡，一早還有事要辦，於是我將房間所有的咖啡都沖好帶着才勉強維持精神。永安反饋酒店方不覺得他們做的有問題，永安願意付款150RMB的賠償，真是搞笑，給你150，你願意受這個罪嗎？我很明確的説，這個房間我一分錢都不願意付，早餐可以付，雖然很簡單，但是我吃了，但是這個房間是個什麼鬼？！也是刷新了我的認知，現在還有這種酒店？？？！！！這個房間不能住人他們不知道嘛？給我這個房間無非就是看是永安的訂單覺得中國人好欺負歧視罷了！！！
