The hotel is perfectly placed, a stone’s throw away from Putney station with direct links to Victoria and London Bridge. This is fantastic but can be a problem if you’re a light sleeper due to the nearby rail tracks. Hotel itself is a little run down but god if you can get it for a decent price. Beds are large and comfortable.

I just wasn’t prepared for the traffic noise throughout the night. No fault of the hotel, just the location

Peaceful, daily cleaning service and fresh towels if needed. I wish the balcony was accessable but permission was delayed.

Good location but unfortunately the hotel cleanliness was not up to scratch. Musty smell in rooms, carpets were dirty and sticky, someone's toe nail clipping by the window. Wall lights did not work and in one room the window was locked shut, could not be opened so it was very stuffy. All together very disappointing.

Bad points first: The mattress topper was stained and bathroom smelled of damp, plus bed was rock hard. I also thought it very strange to have a motion sensor light outside the toilet too so if you're staying with someone, any 永安s to the loo at night would cause it to come on, not ideal. On the plus side. it was well priced, the room looked nice, the lady on reception was very pleasant and it's proximity to Putney station is very good.

Nothing at all the room was untidy no toilet roll wasn’t cleaned once no one hardly there to complain the bathroom was dangerously as the drainage for the shower was poor toilet kept making noise people banging the doors all morning and nite and to top it all the fire alarm went off at 6 am and was on for 30 mins so I did t get any sleep much it’s not worth the money I paid I would say it was a £50 a night hotel not happy think I deserve some money back or a free night stay some were
