Staff where nice, however shower door Hinge was broken and the shower hose had a leak. Overall good location to transport and nice sleep.

Hotel located in good place for travelling. Had a problem with hot water, every morning needs to call them to switch on. Slow shower water pressure.

Based on the reviews, we thought our Holiday would be spoilt due to some comments on cleanliness and Bed bugs issues. But surprisingly, that was not the case at least for the room we got. The staff was always at their service willing to help. They allowed to park the luggages on the day of checkout. The room was cleaned decently. We enjoyed the location, it was very close to the London city.

Good hotel, good price. But it was a bit unclean - we found fecal stains on one of our beds.. it was clear the bedsheet had not been replaced or washed.

Too small size for the room to fit in for 5pax in which we can't even walk after we put in our luggage & can't even open our luggage freedomly . The current supply sometimes will cut off itself. Not recommended to stay if travel more than 4pax.

The bathroom is very dirty. The bed is dirty, musty, lots of dust, and the fan is mounted on the wall when turned on. Found that there was only dust coming out of the entrance door. Loud noises affect other rooms. Night staff are not friendly. I'm going crazy about my vacation.
