Whilst the location was a bit further away than I would have liked, the staff there were appalling and rude. There were other guests at the reception that had the same problem of tiny small print on an email that arrived the morning of staying about a deposit. The man serving was patronising and uncaring. Definitely wouldn’t stay again!!

Absolutely appalling experience. The condition of the hotel and room was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The room was dirty, unhygienic and clearly not up to a reasonable standard. We were extremely uncomfortable staying there and, because of the state of the room, we decided to leave the hotel rather than stay the night. What made the experience even worse was the way we were treated when we went to check out. Instead of being understanding or apologetic about the condition of the room, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when we explained that we wanted to leave. There was no sense of customer service or concern about why we were unable to stay. We paid to stay in a hotel, not to be met with filthy conditions and then treated poorly when we raised our concerns. We have never had an experience like this before and would absolutely not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, condition of the room and attitude of the staff all need serious improvement.

Bei günstigem Buchungspreis eine gute Budget Wahl. Wer keine Ansprüche hat ist hier richtig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück leider erst ab ca 7:30 - eine Stunde später als kommuniziert. Alles sauber und zweckmäßig. Ich würde erneut buchen.

In all honesty, based on some of the reviews here, I was worried about the cleanliness - especially the bedding. What a pleasant surprise! We had three rooms booked, and for the third room, we looked at a couple of options to find the most accessible room. All were clean - zero issues when it came to clean bedding/ towels. The carpet in our room was not 'deep vaccumed' but for us, that wasn't an issue. 2 of our 3 rooms had mini fridges. Our room didn't. It may have been an issue if we didn't have other rooms. Having said that, the staff is very helpful and accommodating and depending on availability, they would've found us one if we asked. Just for feedback though: guests can come with insulin so it's an important amenity. All our rooms had everything else we needed: A little wardrobe Kettle and tea coffee Enough cups and saucers Clean towels. Shampoo, soap and showegel Hot water in the shower Plenty, and I mean plenty of electric sockets, at useful spots Fan when requested Iron when requested. These may look like basics, but in London hotels, it's a hit and miss! There was no hair dryer but we didn't need it. Hot breakfast is served daily, and is worth buying. We bought two, but would've got for the whole party if we had time. Location is ideal. Close to transport links, restaurants and 24hour stores. Even an amazon locker is nearby! Parking is free, and our 2 cars were accommodated. They charge a £100 security deposit at the time of check-in, which is refundable Negatives: Our room (A6) STANK and was stuffy when we moved in. We opened the windows, and hoped for it to settle. It got worse when the bathroom was first used. Clearly there was a plumbing issue. However, overnight, as the fan ran and windows were open, it settled. The windows in our room didn't feel safe too. Weirdly, they open from the bottom and being on the ground floor, someone can easily climb in! We took the risk, and hoped for the best, but this definitely needs looking into. Ultimate question: Would we stay again? Yes, 100% We understand that you get what you pay for and the slightly cracked bathroom sink, or the not very thoroughly hoovered floor didn't bother us. What mattered was that the rooms were clean, spacious, and most importantly, staff was very nice.

The Hotel is managed well, professional team and good housekeeping. My room was was perfectly clean .

Very bad experience receptionist was really rude she didn’t have clue what she was doing room was cold no heating bathroom wasn’t clean

I booked for 1 night , the shower wasn’t working ,no hairdryer in the room , the pillows were too old and can not use it , the receptionist wasn’t serving us she was rude .
