Do not book with 永安. What a fraud! I paid for and had a reservation but 永安 didn’t pay for the hotel. So I had to pay again and the manager Bill was no help. He charged me more even though they advise they will beat any 3rd party booking service. What a lie! Then after all the hassle I went through he also wanted to charge me for parking. I was a returning customer. The hotel is run down and dirty. Fortunate is dates and bathroom was gross. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Great location with a metro bus stop in front of the hotel and a short walking distance to metro subway stations (Vermont/Sunset or Vermont/Santa Monica). However, the hotel WiFi was not very stable.

前台服務員親切，酒店內配有零食和汽水自動販賣機。酒店地理位置比較不接近市中心，但附近有超市，餐廳和洗衣服務，設施齊備。 我們房間位置於地下樓層，晚上會比較多噪音和車聲。

Had a really great stay at the Hollywood Hotel, it super relaxing with a nice central courtyard and pool area. It was very good value for money and the location was perfect for proximity to both east LA and Hollywood. Also a big shout out to Michael on reception who was so friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is situated a block from one of the LA metro stations. It also has nice amenities (pool, sauna, and fitness room). However, the service was lousy. They discriminated against us based on our international status. We couldn’t pay with an international card, and they refused to let us pay with cash. Also, they charge an arm and a leg to keep your luggage there before and after checkout. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
