They put me in the disabled room even though I didn’t pay for that and they didn’t reserve the standard room I payed for. Upon using the disabled shower - my whole floor became flooded and went into the bedroom and under the bed. The receptionist then had a short temper and attitude when I requested to be swapped room even though I was extremely polite about all the inconveniences I was unfairly faced with.

It was a very nice stay at B&B Ensache! We personally liked that it was a quiet neighborhood and the quality of the rooms are good. The cleanliness is also amazing. One thing though is that if you're used to slippers, you have to buy the slippers yourself in the store but that wasn’t a problem for us. It is also a bit far from stores/main mall (around 20 minutes walk) but it is a safe and fun walk to do! We liked that coffee/tea/water are free and available 24/7 especially because we always came home late everyday and always forgot to buy some water. It was a pleasant stay and the service was also good! Thank you for having us.

El hotel en general pero las paredes son un poco finas. Se escuchaba a los huespedes de la habitación de al lado toda la noche roncando y parecía un tractor.

酒店相對上比較遙遠，乘搭Uber出發去市中心也需要較長的時間，但是酒店環境清幽，挺適合和朋友靜靜的談天。

Fantástico hotel. Soy fan incondicional de esta cadena en varios establecimientos de varias provincias. Relación calidad precio fabulosa con cama buenísima, televisión perfectamente sintonizada, estilo moderno del hotel y muy bonito, fantástica limpieza, ducha perfecta y mantenimiento impecable

The hotel is new and look nice in the pictures but I was there they dont have a cleaning service after 3 pm., they are not clean the garbage in the room. Brakefast is very poor with a fake egges dont have basic items such as boiling egges, real egges, vegetables and etc it in level of 0.5 star quality.
