Avoid this place. They charged me P1,000 for a sheet they said I dirtied with lipstick - and I don’t wear lipstick. It was a complete scam by the staff to keep my P1,000 deposit. The place is dirty, feels seedy and the staff are dreadful.

長期利用していますが、マラテやマカティアクセスがとても良く便利です。 場所は辺鄙な場所にありますが、バランガイも近くにあり安全です。コンビニも複數あり便利です。1階にあるフィリピンフードなども人気店で安くおいしいです。

Economy hotel and good for those who save.

酒店大眾化，樓下方便，保安也是很安全，衹是要自己備用肥皂還有牙刷，價錢也不會貴，如果要省錢可以選擇，樓下也有餐廳，11/7，價錢非常合理，房內只有兩支水及牙刷牙膏，其他都沒有，清潔度一般！但交通方便附近食市非常多，決定入住要在附近超市買殺蟲水作準備，因為有很多小蟑螂！

The worst place I have ever been ever stayed!!! There is no blanket, the only thing they gave is a very thin sheet (in which the bed sheet is even thicker), which they called “blanket”. I asked for additional mattress & pillow which they asked for 600 pesos, also without a blanket. The room smells bad and the floor is very dirty — my feet turned black after stepping on it. The room is very bright and noisy in the morning. The facilities is also as bare as possible, nothing is provided, not even a soap or a kettle. Meanwhile the price wasn’t the cheapest for 2 people. The receptionist lady was apologetic but very slow. I asked for a refund or upgrade for the next days and she asked me to “process it on 永安 platform yourself”, but when I tried to cancelled the standard room reservation for the next days they rejected. I reflected this to the receptionist but they rejected the upgrade again. Now I am not sure whether I want to stay here for the next days, and most likely I won’t get back the 1000 pesos deposit too. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

We stay there for 3 days. Our experience is good, because the room is clean and good air-condition. The place is very near to lrt station (Vito Cruz). Also near in Ninyo Aquino Stadium and Robinson's Manila. Highly recommend for those who seek for budget friendly hotel in manila.
