摩德納住宿加早餐酒店 (B&B Hotel Modena)

房間舊，洗手間舊好多污跡浴缸，只有地下大堂新淨

房間不大，但是很乾凈，停車位還算充足。大堂能買不少用品，挺方便的，簡單早餐，管飽。

There was a power cut at night whilst we were planning our itinerary for the next day. Lights, electricity and Internet stopped working and therefore we went to sleep hoping it will work the next morning. To our surprise nothing was working the next morning - we asked the cleaner nearby to help and she tried playing with the switches and since it still didn’t work she suggested calling reception. We tried calling but that didn’t work either. We had to use the bathroom in the dark, and then went down to the reception with our phones for charging. The lady at the reception said she will send someone in the room to check for lights, and asked me to take the charging back to my room. I asked whether I can leave it there for charging and she said I can bring it back if it doesn’t work in the room. I told her the Internet wasn’t working either and she told me that Internet is working everywhere in the hotel. Then I told her that she can come with me to see it for herself if she doesn’t believe me - she went away somewhere so I headed back to my room and then she later came to our room. The issue with the lights was fixed however they weren’t able to resolve the WiFi issue. Therefore we went back down to charge our phones and use Internet to plan our itinerary. It was frustrating that we didn’t have the basic service of electricity and internet we paid for. The manager wasn’t particularly understanding and put the onus on us.

Bit old hotel with some modern parts. Not far from Modena center. Free parking. Many restaurants close to the hotel. Fair breakfast.

When I first entered the room, I thought everything was fine. When I wanted to turn down the heating for sleep (room was at 26C), it wasn't possible, as this can apparently only be done by the receptionist, which in itself is questionable - but to make it really bad, there is nobody at the reception between 11pm and 7am. So I opened the window but then some insects came inside and as soon as I closed it again, the temperature went back up. Could not sleep all night. Then additionally found some hairs and sticky spots in the bathroom. According to the receptionist I spoke to in the morning (all staff were very friendly, but not available when I needed them), AC is not available until April 20th, but they don't bother to remove this from the amenities, even though they know it won't be available - false advertising. Breakfast was advertised as "better than a brunch" but is at best a mediocre breakfast, at least for continental standards - again false advertising. Pre bought stuff mostly and the only freshly prepared scrambled eggs were dried at the edges with some almost liquid parts in the middle, came with barely warm sausages. What kind of brunch this is supposed to beat, no idea. The location itself and the rest is ok, but not being able to sleep ruined my last day in Italy. Every other hotel on my 永安 had working AC, even the budget 30€/night hotels. To be fair, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was decent and there was a nice large balcony.

Free parking, great restaurants near the hotel. A few minutes drive to the city centre.

С шумоизоляцией проблемы, очень слышно соседей и как закрывают дверь. Также неплохо было бы оставлять хотя бы пластиковые стаканчики) В целом хороший отель, до центра минут 20 пешком) рядом классная пиццерия🇮🇹👍

Отель неплохой, новый, но далековато от жд вокзала - 30-40 минут пешком. Номера отделаны деревом, столешницы на мебели мраморные. Чисто и аккуратно.

Location at appx 20 minutes to city center(easy to reach) 30 minutes ro railway station. Reception opne till 11 pm, after you can make self checkin to a machine at the entrance. Clean and modern loby and breakfast areas. Decent breakfast. The strangest room that I ever seen: all walls in wood and not in the nice way, it feels that you are in an old vessel cabin. Even the walls are “protected” by addional wood doors or are locled by wood panels. A lot of furniture, not very functional as same parts are locked. Not felt very safe in the first night. Once you stay more you get used to it. Overall, for the priced paid during New Year period or if you are on budget, is ok for what you paid.

Zimmer war in Ordnung aber in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht unbedingt schlecht ist. Neben dem Hotel gibt es direkt Restaurants und eine Bushaltestelle. Das Personal war nett. Im Raum gab es jedoch recht viel Staub. Dieser war jedoch versteckt und somit nur für Allergiker problematisch.
