尼亞利海灘水療酒店 (Cocoa Luxury Resort)

I was genuinely astonished when I arrived at Cocoa Luxury Resort. Considering how little I paid, I never expected such a beautiful property. The resort is centered around a grand Victorian-style building surrounded by mature trees, lush greenery, and beautifully maintained grounds, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. Check-in took longer than expected, but the staff accommodated my request for a higher-floor ocean-facing room. When I entered the room and stepped onto the balcony, I was stunned by the view. Coconut trees, manicured gardens, an attractively designed swimming pool, thatched-roof gazebos with loungers, powder-white sandy beaches, and emerald-green ocean waters combined to create a truly mesmerizing setting. It was difficult to believe that such a view came at the price I paid. As my stay progressed, however, I began to understand why the rates are so affordable. During my stay, there were two water outages, one power outage without backup power, unreliable internet service, and a non-functioning intercom. The breakfast was also quite basic, with limited options. Unfortunately, my brother suffered food poisoning during the night and vomited in the wash basin. As there was no immediate assistance available, we had to wait until morning for housekeeping support. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist whenever requested. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property itself is far more impressive than its price suggests. If the infrastructure and amenities were improved, it would likely be well beyond my budget. For travelers willing to overlook some operational shortcomings, this resort offers outstanding value for money and one of the most beautiful settings in Nyali.

Great location and amazing staff. The service was excellent, but the room cleanliness needs improvement as there were small insects. Overall, a pleasant stay.

On arrival the lift to the ground floor not working No coffee or milk in the room - was told they don’t have milk Cups - 1 small cup and 1 mug for 2 people Tv only working to show ads Room lighting very very poor Breakfast not eatable poor Staff ok but not very. Helpful- couldn’t fix Tv Worst nightmare- found a 6 inch creepy crawler climbing up the mosquito net - to cry for help - phone disconnected and working The patio outside was badly broken and hazardous to bare feet The only best part of this 永安 was made great friends on the beach Not recommended at all to stay at all under current management and conditions

The location is great right at the beach. Breakfast was bad,not many options no fresh bread just 3 kind of potatoes oily sausages and eggs. We order food from outside. The place is run down needs a complete makeover.

Chambres sales et vétustes , de l'eau qui ruisselle du plafond , climatisation en panne pendant 2 jours , les espaces extérieurs sont mal entretenus, et les repas sont peu variés et pauvres. Nous avons regretté notre séjour. Un management qui laisse cet hôtel, jadis un lieu incroyable, tomber en décrépitude .

This hotel is conveniently placed right next to the beautiful Nyali beach but that is where the good things stop. Muthu is very poorly maintained, with a collapsed building on the back right of the pool. Each room has ripped and stained mosquito nets. Rusted and dirty bathrooms, the first room we were put in the water was leaking from the toilet. The AC works but sounds like it’s about to explode. And the lift is broken, so you are screwed in you are on the 4th floor. We also ordered a meal from the restaurant, but had to send us back as the chicken biriani had gone bad, and the spaghetti bolognaise was so salty my wife tried to poor water on it to make it better, with no luck. Finally, the entire team there doesn’t communicate with each other and they cannot be contacted by 永安. That meal we sent back, we were told by the restaurant manager that we would not need to pay for it. He never told the reception staff and we had to argue with the guards at the gate of the hotel to let our taxi leave for about half an hour before we had to force our way out. Please don’t stay here, it’s not worth it. Go to somewhere near Diani beach, it’s much better on that side.

I love this resort it’s in front the beach and it was my second time to go there
