It's great experience with this property all the staff attentive and professional food was ok but-need to improve hygiene we found hair in food please take care for food otherall experience were superb

Food at the restaurant was very good. However stay was not up to the mark as the acs were not sufficient to cool the room. We even checked 3-4 rooms but all were in bad shape. Deluxe rooms were pathetic, but we managed to stay in ethnic villas, which were much better than deluxe rooms. Another issue was with the swimming pool. It was not cleaned at all. Pros: location was good. Property is well maintained. Food at in-house restaurant was excellent.

Very poor quality room services maintenance are worst ever and the running water which is used in bathroom more worst than that of garbage draining water worst worst worst !

I stayed there for a night. During my stay i complained about the geyser that was not working. I rebuked the person at reception and next day morning my car was damaged with a dent at back side. Management didn't bother to show me the cctv footage and said that no one had done this in there premises. This is very unprofessional.

Horrible experience, i recommend to stay awafrom this place, we booked double bed family room and have to stay in a single room, because ac was not working, again watter logging on the bed whole night, no water in bathroom in the morning, again have to wait for more tha a hour. Ordered foods were missing while served, overall very very bad experience

The reception desk was pathetic. There was no one to park vehicle in the parking lot which was quite far away. Ac in the room was broken, swing function was not functional. Bathroom shower was not working properly. Inadequate crockery in dining room, leading to a lot of waiting for having breakfast and dinner.
