Perfect location and it is a new hotel with a very comfortable bed. You can hear train noises but it didn’t really bother us.

駅やお城に近いのが非常に便利です。トラムもすぐ近くなので観光目的ならとてもおすすめです。 また、エアコンは三菱なので空調は心配しなくていいと思います(とても涼しかったです)！ ただ、ホテル周辺で少し不安を感じる出來事があり(事件とかではないです)、外は落ち着いて歩けなかったです…これはホテル側の問題ではなく、たまたま自分の滯在中がそういう狀況だったのだと思います。 ホテル內は非常に清潔で、スタッフさんも皆優しく、親切な対応をしてくださいました。この料金でこのクオリティは素晴らしいと思います！また行く機會があればぜひ利用したいです✨

I had an excellent stay at Chachacha Hotel. The hotel is new and very clean, which immediately made the experience comfortable. The service was exceptional — the staff proactively helped me carry my luggage to my floor even though I never asked, a thoughtful gesture that truly stood out. Before checking in, I requested to leave my luggage at the hotel for a few days, and they were fully willing to assist me without any hesitation. Their flexibility and helpful attitude made my 永安 much easier. I also had some questions about getting a SIM card, and one of the female staff members kindly helped me search for the nearest Free Mobile store. Her patience and willingness to assist showed how dedicated the team is to supporting guests. The room was well‑maintained and equipped with air conditioning, which made the stay pleasant. The room is on the smaller side, so it’s more suitable for a short stay, but it was perfectly comfortable for my needs. Every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism and warm attitude created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. All in all, the stay was perfect, and I highly recommend Chachacha Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, modern environment and exceptional service from a team that truly goes the extra mile.

The hotel elevator was out of service during my stay, which meant guests had to use the stairs at all times. As a result, the stairwell door was constantly being opened and closed, creating loud banging noises that could be clearly heard from inside the room. In addition, noise from the nearby tram was also noticeable, especially during the day and evening. Given these noise issues, I was surprised to see reviews describing this hotel as quiet, as that was not my experience. Overall, the noise significantly affected the comfort of my stay.

Использовался как транзитный отель на одну ночь. От железнодорожного вокзала идти 3 минуты. Удобно уехать шаттлом в аэропорт (в пути 20 минут, стоимость 10€, начинает ходить с 04:30 утра). Приняли очень тепло, персонал дружественный и заботливый. Номер небольшой, но очень комфортный, все свежее и новое. Кровать удобная и постельное белье приятное. Жаль, не удалось попробовать завтраки, но думаю, что и они супер. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать всем этот отель👍
