Me and my wife love old buildings and this hotel was just beautiful the entrance the lift and the dining room

The location is excellent and perfect for exploring Naples on foot. The staff was always polite and friendly. However, there are a few things future guests should know. We were a family of seven traveling with ten pieces of luggage, and no one offered to help us either when we arrived or when we checked out. Since the hotel begins on the third floor and does not occupy the entire building, moving all of our luggage was especially difficult. I had also requested nearly a month in advance that our three rooms be located together, but this could not be accommodated. The hotel provides only one key per room (a lost key costs €10 to replace), and there is no staff or food service after 10:00 p.m. Overall, it’s a good hotel thanks to its great location, but the lack of luggage assistance was a significant disappointment, especially for families or guests traveling with multiple suitcases.

I cancelled my booking due to. Hange of achedule but they didnt allow partial or full refund despite notice.

挺好的，出行便利的，房間很大。工作人員竭盡所能了，而且有什麼問題就是會及時修改。整體居住體驗還挺好的。就是設施相對老舊一些，洗手間有點下水道反味
