We reall enjoyed staying here the customer service was great and when my mum couldn’t get into her own separate hotel, they managed to sort her out with a room that night! The beds we comfortable and the hotel itself looked amazing.

El hotel está muy lindo las habitaciones también muy bonitas y limpias lo que si no me gustó fue la ubicación está en una zona no muy agradable . El personal de la recepción súper amables y agradables y atendieron sin problema a nuestras necesidades.

酒店離火車站走路大概15分鐘，打車大概率司機是不打表的，25歐一次，火車站附近都是黑車。酒店裝修很新，房間很大，紙巾，牙刷，拖鞋都有，早餐雖然每天都不變，但是還算是比較豐富。服務也還不錯的。缺點是酒店門前的一條路非常的臟臭。如果在那不勒斯強烈建議住在火車站附近，火車站比這個酒店門前的路乾淨多了，而且進出坐地鐵，坐火車方便。當時因為覺得火車站不安全，這幾天下來感覺火車站附近還是很不錯的。

Caracciolo是當地的貴族，酒店裡有這個家族當年跟隨阿拉貢國王參加海戰的油畫，還挺有趣的

服務態度非常好，早上就可以入住，早餐特別豐盛。離地鐵站和火車站都不遠，周圍也有物美價廉的超市和百年披薩店。唯一需要注意的是往火車站方向的街道不太乾淨以及閑雜人略多

Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to.

The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.
