那不勒斯烏姆本託首選藝術套房酒店 (B&B Art Suite Principe Umberto)

Nice room clean and good ac wifi doesn’t work very well and a lot of stairs there is an elevator but quite sketchy was hard to figure out how to get in at first but otherwise we enjoyed our stay comfy bed and the owner is very kind

While the hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the Napoli train station, but the surrounding area is awful. The streets are extremely dirty, chaotic, and filled with homeless people. There is no sign of the hotel.very hard to find. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe walking around, even during the day. The only reassurance was the police cars parked at the street corner, which clearly indicates how sketchy the area is. Furthermore, the building itself is very old, run-down, and dirty, and the elevator felt quite scary. Inside the room, cleanliness was a major issue—it wasn't clean at all, and there were stains and other people's hair on the bedsheets. Please avoid this place if you are female or travel with kids.

清潔で過ごしやすいホテルだった

是個很古老的民宿，進去穿過四道門，鑰匙在密碼盒，安全倒是沒啥問題，入住提前要用信用卡付款城市税，沒人在前台，全自助，預訂人的名字和信用卡才行，同行人的不行，有點費勁。內部還可以，古老，安靜。

離機場比較遠，巴士進去要走一段路，路很難走，酒店周圍比較多酒吧，離火車站很近，6分鐘。自助辦理很難搞，要提前跟酒店聯絡，先要問永安客服拿酒店電話和郵箱，然後先酒店發一個入住登記和給入城税，再發信息酒店，說ok，酒店才給你鑰匙和房間，酒店電梯很小很古老。房間很古色古香，乾淨，但是沒有很厚的被子，只是一塊布，重點⚠️熱水不夠熱，水壓很小。冷氣太冷，裡面有廚房，浴室很大，沒有抽氣扇，是複式房間，床要上樓梯，下面是sofa，衣櫃。廁所。
