"Had an amazing stay at Hotel Urban Lion! The rooms were spotlessly clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and cooperative. Its prime location near the Delhi airport makes it super convenient. Highly recommended!"

直前予約で空港送迎を依頼、返事無し。予約確認書に記載された電話番號に何回電話しても繋がらない。永安のカスタマーサポートに電話して返信來たが、違う番號を指定。しかも番號のみしか書いておらず、繋がらない。國番號を記載してない事が分かってやっと繋がる。予約段階でフライト情報記載していたが、全く把握していない。再度フライト情報を共有。到着後、送迎來ていない。電話したが、いつの到着だ？と又情報が全く共有されていない。到着ロビー出て1時間でやっと車と合流。それまでも出発フロアに來いとか言ってくる始末。到着後、チェックアウトしている日本人からやめたがいいですよ、このホテルとアドバイス。何でも、予約した內容とサービスに乖離があり揉めているとか。空港送迎は現金しか受け付けないと新たに判明。ルピーの持ち合わせなく、ホテルそばのATMに行くもおろせず。日本円・タイバーツの持ち合わせだったが、どちらの通貨も低レートだと。その日の銀行レートより30%も多く要求される。數千円に対する上乗せだったので、これ以上の労力は無駄と判斷。やめたがいいですよ、このホテル。永安カスタマーサポートは良く対応してくれました。

It looks nice on the picture so took the risk of booking it. We thought it would be the same experience as booking hotels in Vietnam with the price range. We are very disappointed. The room stinks and the staff were wearing dirty clothes too. There was also a wifi issue. We had to move to another hotel I New Delhi: The Tivoli Hotel
