The first floor alley appears almost ******* with a dingy aura to it. Don’t recommend it to anyone especially people travelling with families. Light was not working in the room, it took us about half an hour to resolve the matter. Poor customer service. Whole building is stained and gives off an unpleasant odour.

外觀算氣派，內在的設施也算乾淨、舒適；餐點也不錯。下次如果再過來，應該還會選擇來這裡住。以前曾住過，體驗不錯，所以這一次又過來住了。

Excellent hotel, I really love this hotel from the moment I arrived, it was clear that convenience was a top priority. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport links. It made exploring the area so much easier!

This hotel was truly a gem. While researching for hotels within the Mahipalpur area, there was so many options but reviews were subjective across different platforms. Took a risk with this and it was really good. Rooms were clean, room service was decent, everything was good. The breakfast buffet only was pretty mid with very few options, but nonetheless, everything with this hotel is good and as a foreigner, this had good cleanliness.

worse hotel I have stayed in entire India due to the following reason:- (1) It appears the bedsheets is not cleaned or changed because there is blood stain and dirty (2) toilet bowl is very dirty. Previous guest poo poo is still visible there (3) shower pressure is low and not working (4) Room is smelly (5) Reception is terrible (6) Room photos shown is different from actual I request 永安 to perform a new review on this hotel before providing wrong information to guest like myself
