Hotel de custo benefício bom, excelente localização, limpeza dos quartos ok, banheiro pequeno, quarto sem janelas, estacionamento top, voltaria pelo custo ser bem baixo, achei que o atendimento deixou a desejar

Hotel bom, atendeu muito bem. Tem estacionamento gratuito. Frigobar e microondas no quarto. Ar gelava bem. É pertinho da universal e de vários restaurante da Intr. Drive. 0 perrengue, indico.

Encontrar el hotel fué super fácil, excelente locación para turistas. Al hacer check in tuve unos contratiempos que me complicaron la llegada despues de lo cansada que estaba. Según me enteré, es política del hotel que los residentes tenemos que pagar un depósito de $200 reembolsable al hacer el check out. El problema no era el no saber que había ese depósito sino que debía de ser efectivo solamente. Eso me molestó muchímo por que solo quería llegar y bañarme y en cambio tuve que salir en busca de un cajero automático. La habitación estaba limpia y olía agradable, a pesar que las sabanas tenían marcas de quemaduras de cigarillo por donde quiera 😂 La cortina del baño hecha pedazos y muy pequeñas y toda el agua caía afuera 🤦♀️ a parte de eso todo lo demás estaba bien.

I had a very bad experience staying at this motel, primarily due to the front desk staff who are there dring the evening hours, the curly haired girl and another guy, they refused to give out their names when i asked them. I requested for a blanket to be sent to my room for 2 nights in a row, there was only 1 blanket in the room which did not fit the 3 of us, request ignored, and i was cold 2 nights, 3rd night when i walked in by the front desk i said i have not received a blanket and if they could have 1 sent to me, their response was i should go to my room and check if the housekeeping has kept the extra blanket, if not then i need to walk all the way back to the front desk and collect the blanket, i had just come back from the theme park at 11pm really tired, they did not have the courtsey to just hand me the blanket right there, anyways i went to the room and as expected no blanket, i walked back to the front desk and complained they could have handed me the blanket instead of making me do the to and fro from my room, at this point they were acting like they are doing me a huge favor, then the guy reluctantly goes inside and comes out with a towel, instead of a blanket, remind again, he goes back again and comes out with what looks like a blanket, so i took it and went to my room, when i opened it i saw it was not a blanket but a fitted sheet, at this point i just gave up since i had 2 more nights at this awful place. basic listening skills, courtesy and decency are completely lacking in the front desk staff, when i asked for the managers name he point blank refused to tell me and said come back and find out tomorrow morning. Lot of arrogance for a low IQ staff with extremely poor listening skills and no basic decency. Location is the only plus point of this motel, otherwise stay away !!

地理位置很好，出門就是公交站，可以到奧萊和會展中心，美中不足就是隔音不好，面朝高速，可以到附近買一個耳塞

孩子喜歡，玩累了大床特別舒服

中轉一下。還可以 需要注意的是臨走廊不是牆壁 而是落地玻璃加窗簾。有稍微有點吵和心裏感覺不安全

Super hôtel! Personnel très accueillant et proactif! Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios. Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir

Hotel comodissimo per gli Universal, con navetta gratuita con partenza dall’hotel (a piedi ci si arriva in 20 minuti). Noi avevamo una camera rivolta verso la strada perciò si sentiva molto rumore dovuto al continuo passaggio di veicoli.
