優尼科雷諾爾巴黎聖日耳曼酒店（3 分鐘步行前往蒙帕納斯車站） (Unic Renoir Saint Germain)

La experiencia ha sido poco menos que decepcionante desde el mismo día viernes que llegamos nos quedamos cinco noches tuvimos que comunicarnos con ustedes porque la habitación primero no era el hotel en los elegidos que tenía una puntuación de siete. Cinco sino que nos mandaron a otro de la misma cadena enfrente con una puntuación 6.6 ellos yaducen que la habitación era lo mejor cuando llegamos a la habitación las luces del baño no funcionaban la nevera estaba conectada pero no enfriaba la caja de seguridad estaba bloqueada y nadie subió a solucionarnos ninguno de los problemas por el contrario se molestaban por cada vez que pedíamos reparación finalmente el sábado como ustedes verán nos comunicamos con ustedes y ahí alguna cosa hicieron que fue arregla las luces del baño solamente todo lo demás como verán fue reparado no pretendíamos que nos cambien el papel o la puerta del baño pero sí que sacar los hongos que había en la pared un tapón que funcionara para poder usar la bañera la nevera que con el calor que hizo en París este fin de semana ningún día la pudimos usar porque obviamente no enfriaba e hicieron caso omiso al pedido de cambiarla

Hotel Unic Renoir Saint Germain offered a wonderful Parisian experience. The location is unbeatable — nestled between Montparnasse and the Latin Quarter, it’s just a short walk to Jardin du Luxembourg and steps away from the Edgar Quinet and Montparnasse metro stations, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The room was clean, cosy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for restful sleep. There are plenty of cafés, bakeries, and local shops nearby, adding to the authentic Paris feel. The staff were courteous and responsive — check-in was quick, and we appreciated their help with directions and local recommendations. Overall, a great value for money and a perfect base for exploring Paris on foot or by metro. Would definitely stay again!

Chambre vétuste,et pas très nette, douche branbalante pour le méme prix on avait de gds hôtels moderne sur montparnasse , douche branbalante, rideau à moitié décroché, par contre bon lit.

Recommend to stay.

Emplacement idéal, à 2 min de la gare montparnasse et bars restaurants et magasins. Accueil chaleureux et chambre côté cour au calme et très propre, très bonne literie. Je recommande sans hésitation.

The owner, who has assisted me upon my arrival in Paris, is a very wonderful and cheerful man. He took on my luggage deposit for three days before my actual stay in Paris. But what really disappointed me is that I could not have a hot water for my morning tea which I take together with my medicines. They don't have water kettle, which I miay have missed during my booking, but nevertheless they should have accommodated my request in the morning for a cup of hot water which most of the hotel I stayed during this 永安 in France, Portugal and Italy was able to provide. They have a coffee machine that can dispense hot water but when I approach the desk at 6am, he was very irritated because he was laying down and sleeping at the couch of the lobby. He vehemently said "no, we don't have hot water for your tea"! A simple gesture that could have been accommodated since I was a guest and deliver a good memorable stay at Unic Renoir Saint Germain. The location was wonderful. It is between two metro stations and have many small cafes, bistros and restaurants. Also a walking distance to Monoprix supermarket. Breakfast at 13euro was a bit much for a selection that does not provide a hot selection. It was the typical complimentary breakfast you get anywhere in Europe. There is a small decent and quaint cafe that have hot breakfast selections just a minute walk that has breakfast from 10euro-13euro. I saw this option when I was leaving :(

Hôtel très bien placé dans Montparnasse, salle de bain à refaire mais propre, lit très bien. Calme la nuit. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Personnel très aimable , à l'écoute que soit à la réceprio MrTarek , qu' au retaurant Mme Ibtissam . Je le recommande Chapeau bas à tous le personnel.
