отличный отель в отличном районе! предупрежу, внутри отеля очень тесные проходы, но это незначительный момент, на меня не влиял по комфорту)

This is an unmanned apartment so whatever service you need is via WhatsApp. This can be quite variable depending on who answers it. Location: convenient location, in a quiet laneway. Amenities: there is no chair in the room, and nor will they supply one. I've requested basics like forks and spoons and told me to go buy my own. There is no going a little bit extra for their guests. The light was pulsating the first night I arrived. The shower was dripping and it wasn't' fixed the first time I asked, so I spent another night listening to the dripping shower. Worse of all, the air con wasn't working well. I had set it to 18 and the room was sitting at 26.5 c. I also asked for that to be fixed but they told me there was nothing further they could do. Lastly, having stayed 8 nights here, I requested a late check out on my final day. I sent 4 messages asking about that which were all ignored until finally they said no. I checked out at 11, and the cleaning lady only arrived to clean the room from about 1400. So yes, they could have given me the late check out, but again there is no flexibility for their guests. They ended up bombarding me with multiple messages about the cleaning lady arriving at 1400 to clean the room when they really should just read the messages before to see that I already have done so. And just be aware: once you vacate the room, there are no toilet facilities in the property for you to use.

酒店位於巴黎鬧市的一個小巷裡可謂旺中帶靜，治安也還可以，沒有前台服務人員全以網上溝通，附近好多餐廳供選擇，就是房間隔音有點差。

基本上這個飯店就是在賣他的地理位置 附近中餐店很多所以如果喜歡吃中餐的話到應該是蠻不錯的 位置就在馬黑區的捷運站出口算是非常市中心 缺點就是這是一個像是studio的房間 基本上浴室跟房間是沒有門的所以可以從床上看到浴缸 洗澡可能會房間比較濕所以如果比較有衞生需求的人的話不是非常推薦 但外面是蠻安靜的

Very convenient location walkable to a lot of the major sites, right next to some restaurants as well. Pretty straightforward check in process (completely unmanned). Some typical in room amenities like water, toothbrush, q-tips would have been nice.

Was für ein Standort! Die Metrostation Arts et Métiers ist 3 Minuten entfernt, Centre Pompidou und Marché des Enfants Rouges quasi vor der Tür. Überall Cafés, Boutiquen, Leben – besser geht's in Paris kaum. Die Zimmer sind typisch pariserisch kompakt, aber clever eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett, Nespresso-Maschine, tägliche Reinigung – top. Check-in läuft digital per Zugangscode, völlig unkompliziert. Einziges Manko: Erdgeschoss-Zimmer können etwas dunkel sein und tagsüber hört man eine nahegelegene Schule. Obere Etagen bevorzugen! Perfekt für Paare und Städtereisende, die das echte Paris erleben wollen. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Pros The location is convenient and well suited for sightseeing. The hot water is warm and has good pressure, making it relaxing to use. The room is cleaned every day, so it stays very clean. When there is a problem, calling the staff results in polite and helpful support. Cons The kitchen was broken, so I was unable to cook during my stay. Even when I had issues, the AI responses were repetitive and unhelpful, which was frustrating. The ceiling was thin and creaky, making it difficult to sleep.

Lit confortable, belle salle de bain. Un peu de bruit le matin à cause de l’école juste en face mais sinon très bien.

Locker service was great. would be brilliant if there was access to a toilet too. The rooms are very poorly sound proofed from other occupants but everything else was great
