房間有點老舊 但還可以 停車很方便

空調毫無用處 跟前台反饋 前台説找工程來看 等了20分鐘沒來 又去前台問 前台説你們有行程可以出去 工程會來看的 我説如果我們回來的時候也沒好怎麼辦 這麼熱晚上睡不了覺 她説放心吧 晚上也有人值班 會解決的。結果晚上回來果其不然沒修好，前台已經換人了，説沒辦法，工程都下班了，明天幫你看，我説那換個房間，不好意思沒房間，我已經盡力了，不信的話你發郵件給領導投訴好了。反正就這情況。 沒想到晚上還有更麻煩的 10點多馬桶堵了 水一直湧出來 前台説沒辦法 沒人修 你們晚上要上廁所的都下來一樓上 度過了一個很長很長的夜晚 整夜熱無眠

地鐵站很近。

在巴黎十一區，位置特別好，住了4天 停車一晚上30歐好像，樓下的停車位晚上8點後到早上9點可以免費停車。 公寓馬路對面就有比較大的超市

酒店房間整理的很乾凈，特別是櫥櫃裏的各種鍋、碗、盤子、沙拉大玻璃碗、微波爐專用一套玻璃盆加蓋、洗菜瀝水籃、刀具、叉子、勺子、打皮刀、剪刀等等，都清洗的很乾凈，讓人放心用。房間夠大，廚房也夠用，洗碗機、微波爐、冰箱和抽油煙機都很好用，也很乾凈。總之，在這裏自己做飯完全無憂！幸好樓下馬路對面有一家Express便利超市，做飯的食材都可以買到，方便極了。酒店房間臨街的有點兒吵，靠近住宅區的非常安靜。酒店前台人員服務不錯，喜歡助人。唯一的不如人意就是價格貴了一些，但這個地段也就是這樣了。地理位置相當好，樓下前後不遠處有地鐵5號線和8號線，還有公交車，出行特別方便。距離周邊景點也可以步行。注意從地鐵到地面需要爬樓梯，帶着大行李比較夠嗆，不如坐公交車。總之，挺喜歡這家酒店，再到巴黎，還會住這裏。

房間格局，裝修和家電配置都非常意外的棒。希望在廁所里加幾個吊鈎，可以掛毛巾和洗澡的衣服。

這個地方非常方便，就在巴士底廣場附近，出門左右兩邊都有地鐵站及公共腳踏車可以租用，飯店大廳裡也有免費咖啡跟茶飲可供使用，也有付費洗衣房服務，我們一家四口，兩位小朋友晚上就把沙發床攤開，睡的還算安穩，也有一個小小的廚房可供簡單料理，環境不能算非常乾淨，但還算能接受，如果是以巴黎住宿來說這是一間非常值得推薦高CP值的地方！

公寓很大，配了很多設施，我們還有個大平台，可以外面喝茶。後悔沒多住幾天，感覺比酒店強太多。大廳還有24小時免費咖啡。離地鐵站很近，離馬萊區也很近。很不錯的選擇。

This hotel is conveniently located close to Bastille and both bus and subway stations. The staff at the front desk answered questions politely when asked. The hotel seems run down and not very clean. There were hand prints on the inside of the bathroom door from the previous guests and oddly enough both my room and the elevator had issues with mosquitoes. In the entire time I was there - no cleaning staff entered my room. My room had a kitchen but no effort was made to empty garbages in either the kitchen or bathroom. I know I am not alone in this - as I observed other people going to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and bringing their garbage down to the lobby to ask where they might empty it. When I made my booking, I specifically requested a room away from the elevator, so naturally I had the closest room to the elevator possible. I realize Paris, like any big city in Europe, is expensive but I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends. Make note if you decide to stay there, that the hotel offers breakfast at a cost double what one might pay within a block of where it is situated.

We need bigger size of the room and laundry machines, so we selected this hotel although we know the room is not amazing. Location is good, it’s near to 3 stations, very easy to take you to any where in Paris. With the price we pay, we think it worths the money!
