Everything about this hotel was excellent👍🏼the room view, the cleanliness, and the neighborhood. The area is lively and full of great bars and cool cafés, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
However, the night receptionist was extremely rude. She threw the papers at us, didn’t even respond to our greeting, and was busy on a video call on her phone, refusing to properly assist us. This part of the experience was very disappointing and definitely a weak point for the hotel.
On the other hand, the morning receptionist was very polite, friendly, and professional, which we really appreciated.
Overall, despite the negative experience at night reception, I highly recommend this place.

Our room was small but very convenient. Enjoyed having a small kitchen even if we didn’t really cook! Was convenient for breakfast anyway .

Don't be fooled by the photos of this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Very ordinary with no service.
Can you only give one bottle of water for a 4-day stay?
Room service only comes once a day, which means if you need a sheet, no one will answer until the next day.
They charged us 30 euros for a key because it was lost. At breakfast they give you a paper to fill out. Tomorrow they'll bring you a small breakfast, the next day there's no breakfast unless you call and they'll bring you some paper.
I'm sorry for choosing this hotel.

My family of 4 stayed in an apartment with one bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the living room. The kitchenette allows for simple cooking. However, it would have been better if a cleaning cloth was provided to keep the worktop dry.
We particularly love the spacious and brightly lit toilet; the vanity top comes with two washbasins, and a huge mirror! 💞
More hooks in the toilet would be much appreciated!
