The room was tidy and spacious. The entrance of our room had a long corridor which was good thing so that we are not interfered by noise from other rooms.

I called the desk as directed in the booking advice prior to the reported closing time to arrange an after hours check in due a delay in my arrival but no one answered. Had to find another hotel sitting on the plane tarmac and spend $$ twice, even though I had flagged in my booking I may arrive after 8pm. No one bothered to call or send a text with instructions on how to access a key which other Abodes are reliably good at doing. Terrible service for business travellers - wouldn’t recommend for anyone whose schedules need flexibility or whose flight time might mean any delays make them at risk of being homeless for the night.

We were not offered or told parking was extra. No parking was available at the motel when we arrived. We could not drive up to the door to check in, the check in desk  did not have vehicular access to check- in or unload our luggage. Hard when there is a mobility issue. We were told our room was close to the lift. It was not. No milk in the room. We had to ask. It was delivered promptly when we did. The room was lovely and clean. Providing hand cream, and shower cap would be appreciated.

The room itself is brilliant. It is very clean and complete. We got all the things we need in the room. However, it is terrible that the hotel has no parking and that made the experience a little unpleasant as we spent plenty time looking for a parking.

Too much noise on the floor. A siren noise consistently pinging off and on.... annoying. Also, some upstairs apartment room m7st have had smoke. Needed to evacuate and standing outside in the cold.

酒店很新，環境很好很舒適，酒店式公寓設施很齊全，房間內有洗衣烘乾一體機，還有廚房用具，可以做飯，價格也很划算，非常推薦。周邊有土耳其餐廳和一些bakery也很推薦

Excellent stay, place was new and clean. Apartment came with a washing machine, a kitchen set and an oven. Toilets were pristine, location was awesome and service was great. Highly satisfied
