The rooms was really decent, modern . A lovely big massive bed. The location was good . It was up a hill, far from the noise and crowds( that was really good) The best thing is the Tuk tuk that the hotel provides with scheduled timings. However, I do feel that extra timings can be provided too… I specially if you want to explore the night life. Maybe a 8pm and 10pm slot too. What was a bit disappointing ( but this really DID NOT spoil it for us) was the way the rooms were clean…the bed will be nearly made up towels neatly folded, bathroom cleaned but the surface area in the kitchenette was not really nicely cleaned. There were stays when our coffee spilled marks were still very visible . I got the feeling that they did not wipe the area or maybe they did not see it…? But how… anyway… I will still recommend this place . The other thing that I feel they should change is the breakfast… we stayed for 6 days and for the 6 days we had the SAME SAME breakfast… there is no variety and no true buffet. But we were not very fussy so we did not make too much of it… but I do feel that can be a negative point..

Twin Rooms: Note that twin bedrooms do not feature any ocean views. Limited Breakfast Options: The breakfast offering is quite basic. Each guest is strictly limited to selecting 1 main meal dish. Beyond that, the self-serve buffet spread is minimal, consisting only of: 4 salad vegetables 3 fruit options Plain bread Cereal 2 fruit juices and a standard coffee machine Policies: Be prepared to pay a mandatory 1,000 Baht cash deposit upon check-in. Final Thoughts While the pool views and room interiors are pleasant, the lack of accessibility, steep hill location, and basic dining options make this property best suited for younger, fit travelers who don't mind extra walking and plan to eat out for breakfast.

The atmosphere was great, perfect for my 13-day work 永安 to Phuket. My stay here was excellent, very convenient like staying in a condo. I'll definitely come back again. The staff provided great service.

Really good property to stay just 2 major issues which i faced are 1 . No lift in the hotel 2. Hotel is on hill side which means u have to climb back to hotel when u coming from patong road

늦은 체크인이 가능한건 맘에들지만 그 외에 직원교육도 조식도 윤동시설 곰팡이냄세에 고실 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새와 수리하러 갑자기 들이닥친것도 싫고 온 사람들 발냄새도 최악이었다. 위치도 최악이고 다시는 안갈것같다.

I had a wonderful experience at Seavale Residences. The clean rooms offered a beautiful view, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The kids’ playroom was also a lovely space.
