This place was perfect for me—the location, the peaceful atmosphere, proximity to the Old Town, nearby shops, laundry services, and a convenience store all made my stay easy and comfortable. But above all, what stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were phenomenal—always smiling and making you feel like both royalty and family at the same time. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I have the chance to visit Phuket in the future.

Was pleasantly surprised by The Malika.  Wanted a quiet hotel, walkable to the Old Town.    Very quiet rooms and area (in a sort of cul-de-sac so quite peaceful.   Fire Station behind was also quiet and interesting (they raised the flag to the national anthem around 8am).    Friendly, helpful front desk, some free snacks in the room and free bicycle hire.    If in Phuket Town again, I'd certainly stay here.   There's also an excellent Mexican nearby called Sala Mexicala I think.   Wonderful drinks!   Just sat at the bar relaxing.   Food looked good too

Nice quiet place, has a great pool. Rooms on the first floors have direct access to the pool. Fast check-in, friendly professional staff. The room is clean and large.
