The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful.

The staffs were accommodating and friendly, the location is nice. 5-10mins walking distance to the center, there’s also a 24-hour mart and eateries nearby. We were given a room in level 3 and it allowed us to enjoy the fireworks from the room, it could be better if we were given a room located in higher floor for a broader view of the fireworks and sea view. The room is considered clean, and the pillows and bed are acceptable. Decent TV with Netflix and YouTube, air-conditioner is good. The only setback is that the toilet will be flooded with water when you shower. Other than this, we are satisfied with our 3-night stay at the hotel.

服務員是老闆自家人，只會越南話，酒店衞生一般，酒店離坐纜車不遠5分鐘就到，晚上酒店露台可以看到煙花

Great stay! The hotel is in a perfect location right in the heart of Sunset Town, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the balcony, where we had a beautiful view of the nightly fireworks. Highly recommended!

Расположение отеля отличное. Вечером с балкона можно смотреть салют. Сам номер большой, светлый. Убирают каждый день. Вода, чай, кофе каждый день. Внизу, на первом этаже есть кафе, где можно покушать. Все понравилось, спасибо!

飯店備有盥洗用具與茶包飲水，入住當天即遇到地區停水，旅社立即幫我們準備了桶裝水可以沖廁所，並借了其他飯店的浴室供我們洗熱澡，能夠迅速滿足需求。 飯店樓下是燒臘店，因此大門位置不明顯。

It's a boutique style hotel. Everything was great and easy. It's a short walking distance to photo shot spots like Apollo cafe. There's a lift. Tips is to ask rooms at level 4 or 5, to be able to watch the fireworks more clearly. Rent a scooter to go around and to get to photo shot spots, Hong Phat bike rent, about 10 minits walk from the hotel, find an escalator to go up the higher streets.. Halal food, there are not many places, for afternoon is at Sarah hotel restaurant or near it Sultan kebab, recommended chicken with rice and evening to night is at the night market. You can also use the buggy to get around town. You can use GX or Wise cards, for lower interest, to make payments for most places and also Grab rides. I took Grab, linked my GX card, from airport to the hotel, choose drop of at Tiem Vit Quey Minh Thien which is a restaurant and also hotel reception.

Замечательный отель!!! У меня была чудесная чистая, уютная комната с превосходным видом на фейерверки!!! Любая моя просьба выполнялась заботливой хозяйкой отеля! Я воспользовалась у неё услугой канатной дороги, это было очень выгодное предложение! Если когда-нибудь еще приеду в sunset town, то обязательно остановлюсь здесь! Большое спасибо за отдых!

This hotel was actually my third option. I chose it after going back and forth, considering the best price and the view. At first, I wasn’t sure I would get a good view from the room. When I arrived, my expectations were quite low because the first floor functions not only as the lobby but also as a small shop. The elevator is small, probably only fits four people, and they still use a conventional key lock. It’s clearly a small hotel, so I didn’t expect much. However, once I entered the room, I was genuinely amazed. The room was spacious enough, clean, and came with a balcony and a beautiful view. I could even watch the fireworks clearly from my balcony, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was well maintained, and they provided toiletries, towels, and slippers. One thing to note: the bathroom floor is quite slippery, but the slippers helped. I stayed for five nights, and the staff offered room cleaning and additional bottled water upon request. They always asked what I needed, whether it was room cleaning or just extra water. The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind and sweet, which made my stay feel very comfortable. The hotel also has a restaurant, which was surprisingly good. They serve duck noodles and fried rice with generous portions of meat. Prices are very reasonable, around 60,000–120,000 VND. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and turned out to be a great choice.
