房間很大，衞生一般，早餐選擇不是很多。交通方便，就在泰迪熊博物館旁。不到走10分鐘就到Grand World.

Location is great in grand world it has some level of privacy the room is extremely spacious,clean and cosy and how can I forget the amazing staff extremely friendly and accommodating had a smile everytime I saw them and the breakfast spread is also really delicious.

最後因為時間的問題，沒有入住這間，但在他附近入住了另一間，街上的酒店都大同小異，所以都是新起的，離主街道很近

⭐Good place for a family stay The hotel is clean and the location is very good, just in front of the Teddy Museum. The owner is also very helpful and responsive to our enquiries at any time. The food did not really suit our taste, as we are from Malaysia and prefer more ASEAN-style food. There were also a few unwanted incidents during our stay due to staff carelessness, but the owner was helpful and corrected the issues once we informed him. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this place for a family 永安 to Phu Quoc.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the delicious breakfast to the beautifully clean and comfortable room. The bedding was very cozy, and the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more special. The view was amazing, and the entire hotel was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

這家酒店非常新，設施都非常好用，而且它很靠近大世界，步行就六七分鐘的距離。然後400多元，我們四大一小訂了一個雙床，1米8床的房，還包早餐。性價比確實非常高，早餐也不錯，挺好吃的。非常推薦！

酒店距離泰迪熊博物館不遠，但位置很偏，叫車建議直接定位博物館。早上提前抵達，員工Tien人很不錯，貼心主動幫忙拿行李，看到我在叫車還主動詢問是否需要協助，服務機靈周到。但整體入住體驗極其糟糕，非常不愉快。 上午10點完成登記，行李寄存在前台外出遊玩，晚上7點回來，男前台直接把我們5個人帶去7樓不規則的閣樓，試圖安排在同一間房。溝通後才搞清楚我們訂的是兩間房，讓我們自行把一大堆行李搬到4樓等候，等了許久無人接待，返回一樓前台又空無一人，之後又通知改到1樓。 兩間房放水流出都是黃水，房間悶熱，整晚衹能用電扇。更費解的是前台一直攥着房卡不肯交付，是我追着索要才拿到，不清楚是否需要每次開門都要找前台。早餐品類少很難吃，清晨6點被裝修噪音吵醒，衹能草草退房。整體體驗很差，極力不推薦！ The hotel is close to the Teddy Bear Museum, though the location is quite remote. I suggest setting the museum as your pick‑up point for grab/taxis. Staff member Tien was wonderful and thoughtful. He helped with our luggage and offered assistance when he saw me ordering a ride. Unfortunately, the overall check‑in experience was terrible. We checked‑in at 10 a.m. and left our luggage at reception before going out. When we returned at 7 p.m., a male front‑desk staff led our group of five to an odd attic room on the 7th floor, trying to fit all five of us into one room. After we clarified we had booked two rooms, we had to carry all our heavy luggage to the 4th floor and wait. No one attended to us, and the reception was empty when we went back downstairs. Later we were told our rooms would be on the ground floor. Tap water came out yellow in both rooms. It was extremely hot inside and we only had a fan for the whole night. Strangely, the male staff kept holding onto our room cards and would not hand them over. I had to ask repeatedly to get them. I am not sure if guests are supposed to ask staff to open the door every time. Breakfast had very limited choices and tasted poor. We were woken up by construction noise at 6 a.m. and checked‑out in a hurry. Strongly not recommended.

酒店非常非常好，新開的，店員非常非常有禮，服務也很好，需要的幫助也做足夠了，位置也很方便，附近很多食店

位置在富國大世界裡面，泰迪熊旁邊，房價合理，服務人員很親切，一個年輕的男生非常友善總是笑臉迎人，給予很多協助，早餐很簡單但是夠吃，網路上評論很少，推薦給大家。走路就可以找到很多按摩和餐廳，很方便。

โรงแรมใหม่ สไตล์โฮสเทล ราคาโอเค เราจองห้องสามคน อยู่ชั้นสอง มีลิฟต์ ห้องกว้างดี สะอาด แอร์เย็น มีตู้เย็นให้ ทำเลดี อยู่ใกล้ Teddy bear museum แค่ข้ามถนน เดินไป Grand world นิดเดียว อาหารเช้าบุฟเฟ่ต์ มีพวกไส้กรอก ไข่ดาว ไข่ต้ม มันหวาน ข้าวผัดไข่ ผัดมาม่า สตูเนื้อ เฝอเนื้อ กาแฟดำ ชา ผลไม้ อาหารรสชาติใช้ได้ กาแฟเข้มมาก ข้อเสียคือช่วงเช้า-บ่าย ได้ยินเสียงก่อสร้างบริเวณใกล้เคียง เริ่มตั้งแต่เจ็ดโมงเช้าเลย ตอนที่เราพักอินเตอร์เน็ตใช้งานไม่ได้บางช่วง น้ำอุ่นร้อนช้าหน่อย นอนสองคืนแต่ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดห้องให้แม้ว่าจะเลือกหน้าห้องว่า please clean up แล้ว ยังไม่มีการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดีพอ ต้องไปขอน้ำเพิ่มที่เคานท์เตอร์เอง มีจุดที่ปรับปรุงได้อีกหลายจุด
