The Sol Hotel (The Sol Hotel)

The Sol Hotel is located near the Teddy Bear Museum. Its within the walking distance to many eateries. Hotel is new and bed comfortable. However, we met with some problem on the night we checked in as there was no water. They managed to fixed it within 1.5 to 2 hours. Morning Breakfast provided is simple yet excellent for a small boutique hotel. Staff are friendly and tried to help despite not being able to speak much English. Would recommend staying in this hotel as prices were reasonable during our stay at end Sep 2026.

這次入住最想誇的是服務。前台小哥全程微笑，辦理入住很快，還主動幫我提行李。早餐很豐富。酒店可以幫忙安排叫車去機場。 不過房間有兩個小問題要如實説： 有蚊子。晚上被咬了兩口，但建議酒店後續能提前做好驅蚊。白天有裝修噪音。

Had a great stay at The Sol Hotel! The hotel is clean, the room is neat and comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also delicious, with vegetarian options available. As a Muslim traveller, I really appreciated that they did not serve pork, so I felt comfortable and confident having breakfast at the hotel. The location is also great, as the hotel is very close to the Teddy Bear Museum. My room was facing the museum, which was a really nice view, especially at night. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for Muslim travellers visiting Phu Quoc.

帶朋友預訂的The Sol Hotel ，反應也是一致的非常滿意。位置優越、環境優美潔凈、早餐也很豐盛，到富國島大世界旅遊特別推薦！

房間很大，衞生一般，早餐選擇不是很多。交通方便，就在泰迪熊博物館旁。不到走10分鐘就到Grand World.

最後因為時間的問題，沒有入住這間，但在他附近入住了另一間，街上的酒店都大同小異，所以都是新起的，離主街道很近

這家酒店非常新，設施都非常好用，而且它很靠近大世界，步行就六七分鐘的距離。然後400多元，我們四大一小訂了一個雙床，1米8床的房，還包早餐。性價比確實非常高，早餐也不錯，挺好吃的。非常推薦！

酒店距離泰迪熊博物館不遠，但位置很偏，叫車建議直接定位博物館。早上提前抵達，員工Tien人很不錯，貼心主動幫忙拿行李，看到我在叫車還主動詢問是否需要協助，服務機靈周到。但整體入住體驗極其糟糕，非常不愉快。 上午10點完成登記，行李寄存在前台外出遊玩，晚上7點回來，男前台直接把我們5個人帶去7樓不規則的閣樓，試圖安排在同一間房。溝通後才搞清楚我們訂的是兩間房，讓我們自行把一大堆行李搬到4樓等候，等了許久無人接待，返回一樓前台又空無一人，之後又通知改到1樓。 兩間房放水流出都是黃水，房間悶熱，整晚衹能用電扇。更費解的是前台一直攥着房卡不肯交付，是我追着索要才拿到，不清楚是否需要每次開門都要找前台。早餐品類少很難吃，清晨6點被裝修噪音吵醒，衹能草草退房。整體體驗很差，極力不推薦！ The hotel is close to the Teddy Bear Museum, though the location is quite remote. I suggest setting the museum as your pick‑up point for grab/taxis. Staff member Tien was wonderful and thoughtful. He helped with our luggage and offered assistance when he saw me ordering a ride. Unfortunately, the overall check‑in experience was terrible. We checked‑in at 10 a.m. and left our luggage at reception before going out. When we returned at 7 p.m., a male front‑desk staff led our group of five to an odd attic room on the 7th floor, trying to fit all five of us into one room. After we clarified we had booked two rooms, we had to carry all our heavy luggage to the 4th floor and wait. No one attended to us, and the reception was empty when we went back downstairs. Later we were told our rooms would be on the ground floor. Tap water came out yellow in both rooms. It was extremely hot inside and we only had a fan for the whole night. Strangely, the male staff kept holding onto our room cards and would not hand them over. I had to ask repeatedly to get them. I am not sure if guests are supposed to ask staff to open the door every time. Breakfast had very limited choices and tasted poor. We were woken up by construction noise at 6 a.m. and checked‑out in a hurry. Strongly not recommended.

酒店非常非常好，新開的，店員非常非常有禮，服務也很好，需要的幫助也做足夠了，位置也很方便，附近很多食店

位置在富國大世界裡面，泰迪熊旁邊，房價合理，服務人員很親切，一個年輕的男生非常友善總是笑臉迎人，給予很多協助，早餐很簡單但是夠吃，網路上評論很少，推薦給大家。走路就可以找到很多按摩和餐廳，很方便。
