富國島山之星酒店 (Hill Star Hotel Phu Quoc)

Despicable customer service. Terrible experience. 0 customer service from the woman in the reception. It seems that i stay here for free?? Lots of mosquitoes in the room because of the window…. 惡劣的服務態度，尤其是前台那個女人，他會講中文，但是他的中文講得非常爛！ 我還得忍受他的爛中文，你知道嗎？ 他對我大聲咆哮。 因為窗戶沒有紗窗，所以一開窗戶，房間到處都是蚊子。 沒有蚊帳，也沒有補蚊拍….

非常之good！！房間非常乾淨，我説真的，感覺很多高星級酒店都不一定能這麼乾淨，到了之後有拿紙巾擦，紙巾都沒變色。而且老闆也超級好，超級熱情，我們一開始到富國島打車軟件突然不能用了，也是老闆幫我們搞好的，超讚的咱就是説。臨走因為想再出去玩玩老闆還幫我們寄存了下行李。而且因為我説想要個帶窗戶的房間，老闆還給我們留了個有大陽台的房間，超級開心哈哈哈哈下次有機會還來！！

Everything was good and worth the price, but the receptionist—who I believe is the hotel owner—is mentally unstable; he is erratic in conversation, asks too many questions, and shows no regard for the hotel guests.

Lovely hotel & hostel with clean beds and decent bathroom. The lady at reception was super helpful. I like the kitchen lounge it is a nice feature for the hostel. I could suggest feedback to add a microwave on the 2nd floor as it would be convenient for guests to use and prepare their food.

Tolle Zimmer. Toller Pool. Laage etwas weit von der Stadt. Aber sehr sehr ruhig. Allea ware bestens wenn nicht die Dame an der Rezeption die unfreundlichste Person wäre, die mir je begegnet ist in einem hotel. Niemals Hallo. Niemals lächeln. Ich hatte regelrecht Angst vor ihr.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Es gibt zwar keine Essensmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, aber Gemeinschaftsküchen und Waschmaschinen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, man läuft ca. 25min zum Nachtmarkt und würde eine knappe Stunde zu Restaurants oder Strand laufen, allerdings gibts ja auch die Grab-App um überall hinzukommen. Man darf nur nicht vergessen, dass Grab abends kaum möglich ist. Es gibt aber immer genug Fahrer rund um die Restaurant-Area, sodass man auf jeden Fall immer wieder heim kommt. Ich habe mich in dieser Unterkunft nach zwei Wochen Backpack endlich mal wieder wohlgefühlt! Es ist super sauber, man hat ein eigenes Bad und eine Klimaanlage. Auch einen kleinen Kühlschrank, der allerdings nur geht wenn die Zimmerkarte für den Strom steckt. Die Ausstattung ist richtig schön! Und man hat sogar Zimmerservice, der jeden Tag das Zimmer reinigen würde, wenn man das möchte. Alles in allem war es ein absolutes Top-Hotel, wenn man die Lage ein wenig außen vor lassen würde. Für den Preis dieser Unterkunft würde man allerdings in der Nähe der Restaurants nichts finden, deshalb würde ich jedem raten lieber in diese Unterkunft zu gehen und dann ein Grab für ein paar Euro zu nehmen.

Номера на 3,5 из 5 Плюсы: замечательный администратор и охранник! Недалеко от центра. Wi-fi работает отлично. Были с маленьким ребенком, ванная очень пригодилась, она новая и чистая. Вода без перебоев. Минусы: старое постельное белье с дырками и заплатами, уставшая мебель с запахом и неприятный запах в номере. Стены тонкие, шумно. Для своих денег дороговато, на наш взгляд.

Very clean, great pool area, comfy beds. Nice kitchen facilities. Easy bike rental. Helpful staff. Ended up extending my stay. 😊

住過的最好的酒店床位，床墊子是超好質量，厚厚的席夢思床墊，床單被罩比三星級以上酒店布草還好，睡上去非常舒服，酒店設施新，衞生情況特優，酒店位置不在鬧市區，非常安靜！通往酒店的小路路口有店亂！進去就好了！
